Retreat to a quiet, safe, and wooded neighborhood totally centrally-located! Wheel-chair assessable property located right off Stadium Blvd.

5 mins from the Mall, Stadium, Hospital, Campus, Downtown & walking distance to Twin Lakes MKT trail and park.

Nature watch deer, turkey, and squirrels on your private patio with wood views. Enjoy s'mores around the bon fire at night. Work-out privately in the home gym on your own time. Our hope is that you find convenience and rest during your stay!

Our freshly renovated home features a new dedicated home gym, one queen sized bed, bathroom, and private patio with a wooded view! We have a soft water and water drinking filter installed as well.

We have 2 air mattresses and a very large couch that we are happy to set up for additional guests. We also LOVE hosting children and have all the family friendly items you need, including toys, books, high-chairs, etc.. Just let me know during booking and I will be sure to set them up prior to your arrival!

Snack items include breakfast bars, ramen, and popcorn; beverages we have a coffee/tea bar with a Keurig, hot water heater, to-go cups, flavored creamer, and more!

The entire space has been freshly renovated, has 0 steps, and is accessibility friendly. The space is cozy, and ready for you to retreat into hygge contentment and feeling right at home!


You will have full and completely private access to your space - the entire lower level of the home, patio, and walkway will be your own during your stay.

Please note our family inhabits the space above! We have 2 small pups and children that are typically quiet and out of the home, but sometimes you may hear them making typical doggo and children sounds or see them in the backyard playing. Our goal is to raise our family in a positive, fun, and happy atmosphere and we welcome you if this sounds like a place for you!

If you are traveling with children, they are more than welcome to play along!

**Note - The home gym should only be used by those that are 18+ for safety reasons!**

Short holiday stay

The space was lovely and clean. Easy and clear communication about the rental. Small shower stall would be the only item that would be nice to know before arrival. Thanks for a great stay.

MU Homecoming

We found the apartment to be immaculate, quiet, comfortable , and easy to find. Homecoming festivities kept us busy, it was nice to have a quiet place to rest and recharge. Would stay here again!

Mizzou Summer Welcome

This is a fantastic little basement apartment in a lovely location of Columbia, MO. We were there for Mizzou summer welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will likely be making frequent trips to visit our student and attend football games. Hoping to be able to use this rental again soon.

Close to Mizzou; great neighborhood

I loved this place because my pet had surgery at Mizzou, just 10 minutes away. Nice area, very quiet and safe neighborhood; tons to do nearby. Handy workout room, nice furnishings, huge tv, snacks and coffee. This is a basement property so there is quite a bit of noise that could bother some dogs if left alone. Just normal walking around; the hosts were not loud at all. Steep incline of walkway could be challenging for older individuals and it happened to be super icy while I was there. They tried to remedy it but it just kept freezing. Hosts were amazing and took my stuff through the house down to the basement, so I didn't have to carry it in the ice. Will definitely stay there again. Great hosts; answered immediately and went above and beyond.
