Chris and Diane are from Boston, Massachusetts and have called Denver home for 15 years now. We are both busy real estate agents and have the pleasure of meeting and working with people from all over who want to make Denver their home. We love the sunshine, people, outdoor living and mountains that the front range offers.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for the proximity to Olde Town Arvada shops, restaurants, Light Rail and businesses. We also chose it because of the Ralston Road revitalization project that has been happening for the past 3 years. There is so much to do within walking distance to our house.
What makes this property unique
While our property is on the smaller side, the space is used incredibly well and it feels inviting, cozy and liveable. Our property is well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We believe in treating our guests the way we would like to be treated.
