4 bedrooms, 3 full bathroom, 2 sleeper sofas, dedicated office space, spacious fenced backyard, stainless steel appliances, washer&dryer and lavishly designed.

The space
Welcome home! Come inside, kick off your shoes and come relax in Large living/family room on the (sleeper sofa) . Grab the remote, and relax watching premium cable and Netflix. Prepare your favorite dish in the luxuriously equipped kitchen with dining for 6. A downstairs laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. The first floor also contains a private bedroom with a sleeper sofa, TV, dedicated office space, and a full-size bathroom with a standing rainfall shower. All bedrooms have TVs with premium cable and Netflix. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor (1 king bed & 2 queen beds) , and 2 full bathrooms (rainfall shower in the master bedroom and shower/tub combo in shared bathroom).

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Modern Nest. Self-check with a keypad at the front door and free WiFi. Full use of a washer and dryer located inside of laundry room on the main floor. Outside, guests have access to a spacious fenced backyard.

Amazing Property!

We loved everything about this property!!! It was so clean, comfortable, modern (unbelievable rainfall showers in every bathroom), beautifully decorated, and homey (loved the cozy blankets in front of the TV). The property owner was fabulous and attentive. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again if I were to return to the area!
