It’s a terrific home for all ages. The game room is superb and the house is immaculate. Everything is well labeled and organized . Highly recommended to anyone. Host was great with communication.

Graeagle Gem

This place was great. The town itself is very cute. Think Schitt's Creek, but with much more to do. It's a short walk from the house to the main downtown area, pickleball/tennis courts, and small lake. The house was very clean and well organized. The game room is a lot of fun with shuffleboard, about a dozen vintage arcade consoles, foosball, vintage nintendo and sega consoles, etc.. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway, and the owner supplies a basketball. There's also pickleball equipment in the very well organized cabinets in the game room. What really made the place fun was the 9-hole putt-putt course the owner just built in the backyard. You're not lacking for things to do in or around this house. It had all the amenities we needed. All in all, this house was very well equipped and one of the best VRBO experiences that I've had.

Incredibly well equipped!

The property is very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has just about everything you might want, plus there are plenty of towels and pillows, etc. It would be nice if there were some soft pillows for preferences, but not a huge deal. There were also a lot of fans available in the house to try and circulate the air. We did think the listing noting there is air conditioning is a bit misleading since the downstairs has AC, but there is only one tiny vent in the corner of one of the bedrooms upstairs which did little to cool things off. We were there during the high temperature season and those sleeping upstairs were uncomfortable and sleepless the first night. We learned to close the blinds during the day, open a storm door, and try to maintain a good temperature downstairs so things wouldn't be so hot upstairs later, which helped for the second night. There is also an amazing game room on the property which was really fun to enjoy. The owner is also in the process of installing a mini-golf course in the back yard which will add to the fun. The rules say no parties, but those who stay there can enjoy a lot of inhouse activities. I also had some communications with the owner which were all very kind and accommodating. All in all it was a good stay for all of us, and we already shared the listing information with some friends.

We are from Sebastopol in Sonoma County. We have 4 kids and enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. We coach various sports teams and volunteer in their classes weekly. We enjoy being hosts because it gives us a chance to meet new people and provide them with a destination that has all of the amenities that we would like to have when vacationing ourselves.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It is also a very short walk to downtown Graeagle.The neighborhood has a mix of vacation rentals and very friendly full timers.
