The resort has direct lake access and is near all of the Tahoe area ski resorts.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Starting May 5, 2025, the North Tahoe Public Utility District will begin a two-week project to upgrade the water line serving the 400 units. You may experience some construction noise, brief water shutoffs (under 3 hours), and traffic controls. Work will not begin before 8:00 AM.
