Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or hang out on the massive wrap around front porch. Soak up the sun on the tanning deck off the master bedroom with stunning views of the ocean.
As you approach the home you'll enter via the the expansive front porch. The porch wraps around the front of the home and is a great spot to kick back with a book, or have a cocktail before dinner. After entering the home, a lounge area will be on your left, and the living room, sofa, and TV on your right. Continuing ahead is the dining room, a large room great for entertaining or sitting down to a family dinner. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to entertain and make your favorite meals. Also on the first floor is half bathroom and a washing and drying machine. The second floor features 3 bedroom with: one is the master which has a king bed, and the other two have one full and one queen. The master is a very large room, the best part being a walk out deck with a stunning and direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. This deck has outdoor furniture allowing for many to enjoy the space. Moving up the 3rd floor you'll find 4 additional bedrooms with: one king, two twins, and one full, and one queen.
The best part of this property's location is its proximity to the beach. The beach is right across the street! The home has a direct view of the beach and ocean from the 2nd floor deck. There are many nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options for you and your guests to choose from. Many of which are in walking distance. Overall the home is in a great neighborhood, and we have very friendly neighbors.
Notes:
Like many of the homes in this part of Ventnor, this home is considered a "duplex". There is a ground floor garden apartment below the house which is rented separately from the main house. The entrance to this apartment is in a completely separate area to the main house and none of the properties amenities, parking, outdoor spaces are shared . The one exception to this is the BBQ. You will likely not see or interact with the guests staying in the apartment.

The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
