Wonderful Property in OC Fenwick Area
We have 4 young children 5yo and younger so location, amenities, privacy and price were all major factors for us. This location has it all, so close to the beach, no traffic or crossing Coastal Hwy with poor dad lugging all the chairs and umbrellas long distances or trying to find street parking.
Private parking space in front of the unit and more parking in the rear, lots of bedrooms, lots of space in the living area and a nice porch with furniture to relax.
Only a few things missing or of note. You are on the 3rd floor with no elevator but it’s not too bad other thank check-in and check-out. We left the wonder wheeler and beach stuff in the car. The comforters are not great so if you want warmer ones bring your own, especially if your kids are sensitive. Same for dishes and cups, there’s only glassware so bring cups and plates if you are worried about that. The knives are not sharp so if you need to do any actual cutting consider bringing one. There’s also no rinse station for sand available to the public from what we saw. Also there’s no pool for bad weather days.
What stands out in this unit is its super clean, has wall AC units in every room that work well, and there’s nice recent Samsung washer and dryer in the unit which is huge life saver that will help you pack less. The location for families is so good, north OC near Fenwick and Lighthouse so lots of great food options without having to deal with the bustle of inlet. Also easy to get to Rehoboth.
