Good home- beware of management
Home is overall a standard vacation property operated by a management company. Clean and appropriately maintained. Nothing cozy or unique but nothing unusual.
Communication with property management was great ahead of the stay.
Pictures are accurate. Bedrooms are good. The 3rd floor bedroom fan does not work.
Plenty of pans, silverware, and plates.
We had space enough for 8 people.
At the end of our trip, one of our guests left his toiletries bag which included a retainer and an expensive razor. Of course- our fault which I acknowledge. We reported the left bag within hours of our departure and asked if the items were found could I pay to have it shipped. I was met with a response that gave me some hope that someone would ask the housekeeper and ship the items if found. I followed up again and at that point was essentially told- don’t write us again- we will let you know if it’s found. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. No follow through or response. Definitely like the house and the neighborhood but we won’t book with this management company again.
