Welcome to 9 Mt. St. Helens. A beautiful, private, air-conditioned, three-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, located on the North end of Sunriver inside a peaceful neighborhood and only 5 minutes to the North Grocery Store. When entering the home, you are invited by the nature lighting and beauty that Sunriver has to offer.

This home is ideal for multi-generational families. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms all on the same level, with a private hot tub, back patio, new flooring and all the necessities you need while on vacation.

This home has a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook meals and BBQ. The owner of this home has provided bikes in the garage for your convenience so you and your family can enjoy the 35+ miles of paved bikes trails inside the Sunriver Community.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed with its own bathroom. The second primary bedroom has a queen with its own bathroom, and third bedroom includes a bunk bed with twin over full and a bathroom. All rooms offer tower fans. The queen room has a twin mattress in the closet for the twin trundle bed frame.

The living room has a flat screen tv with cable, a ceiling fan, and plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the fireplace and watch a movie together after a long day of exploring Central Oregon and Beyond.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely no photo does justice to this beautiful house. It is truly beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and it is delivered in perfect and well-cared-for condition. They also pay attention to every detail when giving it to you, providing all the essential products in the bathrooms, kitchen, and elsewhere. The kitchen equipment is perfect, and nothing you want to do will have any limitations. It has a fully equipped kitchen down to the smallest detail, even for baking if you wanted to.The social gathering area is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious.The hot tub is a hit, and so is the grill. The area is beautiful, and taking a walk around is highly recommended.I would go a thousand more times! And the administration staff responds very quickly, are very friendly, and solve everything in the best possible way!110 points out of 100!

Great for a little getaway

This was a good space for our family and would stay here again. We liked the open living/dining room and kitchen, the layout and outdoor space. Our dogs were very happy with all the carpet but we did find it odd to have carpet around the toilets in two of the three bathrooms. I wish there was an outside light at the hottub because it was hard to open/close it with cell phone flashlights.
