Worst rental experience
Rented this VRBO to go see Taylor swift Miami N1. Expecting it to be an expensive trip! There were hidden fees everywhere. Parking for the VRBO was costly and no other option! But first thing, we entered our room and there was a man in the room not dressed in hotel staff clothes and spoke no English. There were only 2 pillows on each bed and in the photo there 4. Not a huge deal but the pillows were flat as could be. The decorative pillows on the bed were covered in stains. The sheets had hair in them. To top it off the wall above the headboard had stained hand prints. There was a sign in the bathroom saying you couldn’t flush toilet paper, you would be charged a fee over 100. When we showered, it leaked all over the bathroom floor soaking it. There were only 4 towels provided for the room, 1 wash cloth. There was sign saying it was 25 fee per extra towel! Went down to the desk told them about the leak and was told to call the host they aren’t allowed to deal with it. Called and messaged the host and no reply for hours. Then they said maintenance would be there soon. Guess what, they never showed I messaged again saying they did not show up and got “they will be there right away”. No one showed the entire trip to fix the shower. We could not clean it up because I was not going to be charged for towels. Trying to get in contact with the host was AWFUL. They would take 12hours to respond sometimes days. Terrible experience. Stay away from this rental.
