As the name suggests, this sanctuary is located directly in front of the sea's crashing waves. Welcome to Sanctuary by the Sea 3113, an updated and spacious condo surrounded by palms. Under the radiant Florida sun enjoy swimming in the pool, unwinding in the hot tub, and walking along pristine white sands. A fitness center is also available at your convenience.
When you want to explore Santa Rosa Beach, head out and explore Grayton Beach State Park, Gulf Place Town Center, Point Washington State Forest, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.
Inside your home away from home, continue to enjoy sweeping views amidst comfortable living quarters. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen make family time come effortlessly. Show off your cooking skills on the marble countertops and with the help of stainless steel appliances. The separate bar space is an ideal spot to prepare tropical beverages with its wine fridge, and the formal dining table offers a beautiful spot to dine together.
The lush bedrooms boast their own en suite bathrooms, and the two primary bedrooms have private balcony access and jetted tubs. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the necessities.
As the sun begins to set over paradise, head back outside where you can prepare a delicious meal in the shared grilling area, before watching the yellow, orange, and pink hues fill the sky from the balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
