DINING
The condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). Additional small appliances are also offered and include a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Ninja blender, and coffeemaker. There is also a full-sized dining table (seating up to 8 people), island seating, and an outdoor dining table on the deck.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The condo sleeps up to 8 people and has two bedrooms. One offers a bunk bed- a twin over a full, and a pull-out twin trundle bed as well. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and the living room offers a pull-out sofa with a queen-sized bed. All sheets and an abundance of pillows are provided.

An Aero bed mattress is also available for an additional fee to sleep an additional two people.

BATHROOMS
The unit has two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, perfect for bathing young children or taking a relaxing bubble bath. All towels are provided, as well as a back-up hairdryer in case you forget yours!

PARKING
The unit has two allotted parking spaces which are located directly outside of the unit. This is a drive-up unit and is not located in a large condominium complex.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Free Wi-Fi, 60' LED TV, cable TV, card games, board games, Xbox 360 with games, bedroom balconies, bedroom ceiling fans, iron, in-unit washer/dryer, alarm clocks, back deck with outdoor grill (charcoal not included).

Amazing weekend getaway!

My friends and I recently stayed at Seagrass during a festival weekend in OC, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. After our busy days, it was so refreshing to return to such a relaxing place. The place was tidy, check-in and checkout was a breeze, and Jason was a fantastic host, always prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect vacation home

Great spot on the Bay

We had a great stay. The house was clean, great views of the bay and short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. They even recommended a few places to eat and events around town. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible property

We had amazing week at Seagrass 5. The property is very clean and well equipped. The views from the decks are beautiful. We sat out back for hours watching the birds and kids crab. The owner was very informative of happenings in Ocean City and answered all questions quickly. We kids loved the bunk bed and we loved the comfortable king bed. The condo is located within walking/driving distance of everything. Can’t wait to stay at Seagrass 5 again!

Great getaway

The owner was very informative about things happening in the area. This made for some great additions to our trip. I would highly recommend this property not just for the area or the cleanliness but for the renters as well.

Very Happy with our stay

We had a total of 7 family member's that stayed in this unit. It was plenty of room. No complaints at all with our stay or the unit. Very easy parking and great views out the bayside. Very happy and would definitely highly consider choosing Sea Grass for our next OC vacation.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay at SeaGrass #5. The condo is spacious and clean with beautiful views. Communication with host was great…very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed being close to everything but also enjoyed the peaceful location that the condo provides.

Great Property!

Great property and communication with host. Very pleased with the distance to the beach and stores. Close enough to get everywhere fast but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. Host was amazing and gave great recommendations!

Perfect beach weekend

I have stayed at dozens of properties over the years in OCMD and Delaware beaches. This was the nicest by far. The place is so CLEAN! Location is great with dock off bay to watch sunsets. Updated so nicely. And just little extras for the price….bed and bath linens included. Well stocked kitchen. I stayed with my 15 year old daughter and her friend. The girls loved the room with the bunk beds. Layout good for a family. I will definitely be back!

Cruising OC

We had a wonderful time at tour Condo. The weather was perfect. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the Bay eating crabs and pizza. We also saw a Red Fox in the Bay searching for breakfast. Looking forward to another stay in October.

Relaxing Stay!

We had such a wonderful time at Seagrass #5! We came down for the tail end of spring break for my kids and loved unwinding and spending time together as a family. The home is well-stocked with games and DVD’s. Access to fast internet and YouTubeTV was much appreciated. My kids made use of Disney+ the entire time. Many places simply don’t have tv or internet during the off season, so it was awesome to have it. Easy walking distance to a nice playground for the kids and STELLAR views of the sunset off the back deck. My husband and I enjoyed having coffee in the morning and then cocktails in the evening on the back deck after the kids went to bed. Jason was super communicative and offered us some ideas of things to do in the area for the holiday weekend. He also hid two Easter eggs for my boys, and they LOVED looking for them. We’ll definitely return to Seagrass #5 in the future! Thank you!

Everything we needed

This is a lovely property in a convenient location. I loved that it had everything we needed, including sheets and towels, soap, kitchen supplies, games, and a hose to wash off our feet when we came back from the beach. For the art lover in our family, there was a cool mural next to the table and an art gallery down the street. For the kid, a loft bed and a nearby playground. Loved the quiet deck with a beautiful view. Also close to a grocery store, very convenient. Good communication with the host via text. The only downside was a few things could have been a little cleaner, but overall a great place.

Great stay

Second time staying at seagrass . Perfect location and set up . Love coming home from the beach to watch the sunset . I had to take a couple of work phone call but the quiet morning views of the bay made them go very smooth . And the host Jason is so helpful . We plan to stay there again. Keep up the good work!

Stunning OC Bay Views

My family and I rented Seagrass #5 the week of 7/19/21. It’s a super busy and fun time of year to be in OC but this place is such a peaceful and scenic break from the beach and boardwalk. The view from the back deck is simply beautiful. Lots of room for a family in this unit and the owner was very attentive to our needs. We love how this unit is located in a great spot, a short walk to the beach and to the grocery store/coffee shop. Also my teen boys loved that there was a basketball court in the neighborhood. They enjoyed a lot of pick up games. Thank you Jason for your hospitality.

Great vacation stay

Hi, my name is Jason and this is my lovely wife, Trisha. We have a beautiful baby girl, Hazel. We both grew up in Northern Virginia and got married in 2011. Both of my parents sadly passed away soon after we were married and we made the decision to move to Ocean City to start fresh. We wanted to get away from the year-round traffic, crowds, and congestion, and towards the salt of the ocean air. We didn't exactly have a plan... but life is what you make of it. Here's to new friends and new adventures every day!

Why they chose this property

Almost every summer growing up, my family would take a vacation to good ol' Ocean City, Maryland. We stayed at various hotels over the years and my dad eventually decided that we should save to get a condo of our very own. We wanted a place that could be an escape from the non-stop excitement of a day in OC. We wanted a place to relax, eat crabs, drink beer, and watch the sunset. We found all of that and so much more in Sea Grass #5.

What makes this property unique

The view over the sea grass is one of the best in Ocean City. Many bayside condos are canal front with a view of the neighbor's boat, but our's offers unobstructed views of a half mile of sea grass, the Assawoman Bay, roaming egrets, mating ducks, and hovering seagulls. Spend your days sunbathing and enjoying OC's beautiful beaches and boardwalk, and then kick back, relax, and lose yourself in the tranquility and serenity of our OC condo!
