The bed is a queen with new mattress and box spring. The living area has a new (queen-sized) sofa bed, footstools side tables and dresser and upholstered reading chair. The tub has a shower. The sofa has comfortable pillows. We provide all dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and coffee maker. The balcony has a small table and two chairs for morning coffee.

We are a quick walk from the Kendall Inn and Peggy's on the Green restaurant, which serves as the trailhead for the Heart of Boerne Trail. The trail connects to the Hill Country Mile, a landscaped walkway connecting downtown along the Cibolo Creek. Walk among trees and native plants from the North end of Main Street with its shops and restaurants to River Road and more of the same. Then you can continue down River Road to other hike and bike paths and follow the Old Number Nine train route through town or to the Cibolo Nature Center and Farm.
