We are a lake loving family! It just made sense that we would combine our passion for the lake with an investment that we could share with others.
Why they chose this property
The house is less than a mile from Sanders Island ramp and recreational area. It provides the perfect spot to launch a boat, spend a lazy day on the beach or fishing from the pier.
What makes this property unique
This home is a brand-new build. It has added living area in the climate-controlled garage to accommodate larger groups. The bedrooms are massive for families and groups. It is our goal to provide a rental space that everyone can enjoy.
