Loved this place!

This house was perfect for our group of couples/friends - great layout, beautifully decorated (very Santa Fe), extremely comfortable beds and furniture, with a great sunny bar/office space in the back, and the steam room and sauna to top it off! It was walkable to everything we wanted to see in Santa Fe but also had parking which made it easy to see for side trips. Hosts were super nice and responsive. We loved every moment of our time there!

Great location

Just blocks from the plaza and Canyon Road. Very comfortable house with delightful sauna and wonderful backyard. Kitchen was excellent and we did lots of cooking. Could use a brighter outside light in the front but that is the only thing we would change. Adam the host was extremely accommodating when we when we ran into a situation (not house related).

Amazing Plaza Location

There are so many things to love about this property! First, the location. It really is only a 3-4 minute walk to the Plaza. Then, the reserved off street parking. This is a huge benefit in this part of town. The property is exactly as described with plenty of space for 3 couples. We did not use the sauna or steam room, but spent every evening outside around the firepit. Finally, the property manager was awesome! We had a little issue checking in, and he immediately returned my call and took care of everything. I highly recommend this property.

Superb location and very unique property!

A group of 6 adults (3 couples) spent an amazing few days in Santa Fe in this unique property. The house has the perfect set up for 3 couples (2 large bedrooms and 2 bath upstairs) and a bedroom and bath downstairs with room to spare. Fully stocked kitchen. Great outside patio space with firepit. The location can't be beat if you plan to explore Santa Fe. Communication with the property manager is TOP NOTCH as he was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with plumbing and there were 2 people at the house within an hour to fix. The house is old and a little funky (especially the downstairs area), but we loved it and would stay here again!

Fun & unique property

Fun Santa Fe house - every room has something interesting to look at! Great location - we walked up to the Cross of the Martyrs every morning. Also very big back patio where we had snacks every evening. Patio could have used some tidying up but overall great visit and helpful hosts - would definitely return if in a group.

Santa Fe Girls’ Extended Weekend

Illinois, Denver, and Dallas guests arrived about the same time. The keypad code access was very simple. We enjoyed relaxing on the private patio, the off street parking, and convenient location to the Plaza. The traditional southwest deco made us feel like a true vacation getaway. Our host was very accommodating welcoming us with coffee and snacks, and waters. Very delightful. We hope to return 😀

This was a really convenient place to stay - walking distance to the plaza, restaurants, shops and sights. It was clean, cute, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed, and spacious (although a bit of a maze of a layout). The outdoor porch was nice. I’d stay here again.

Literally every turn we made when we first went inside the house, was "dayum ...this house is amazing". We rented for proximity to Indian Market, but it's close to everything - church, restaurants, etc. This eclectic multi-level home is a great value. I will never stay in a hotel again while in Santa Fe.

Perfect location in Santa Fe

Loved the ability to leave the car and easily walk to downtown Santa Fe, especially convenient after a couple of drinks at dinner. Beds are comfy, house very clean, place a bit funky - in a good way - and it fit all our needs. The one little downside is we 3 Boomers couldn't figure out the TV (wanted to watch Olympics) even after speaking with Adam. I think that's on us! Would stay here again.

What a perfect Santa Fe property!

We loved our stay at this exceptional property and constantly found new things to admire. If you’ve never been to Santa Fe you will enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful treasures and objets d’art. The location is excellent as is the driveway parking. The backyard is a real gem and the sauna and steam room lovely.

Ideal Location, Easy Stay

We had a marvelous time at this property. Perfectly located for walking anywhere you like in downtown Santa Fe. What we particularly enjoyed: easy, off-street parking, small courtesies from owner (Pinon coffee, chips and salsa, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper), the steamroom, the sauna, and the charming backyard area where we enjoyed at least two glasses of wine under the stars. Also: check-out process couldn't be simpler. Highly recommend.

Amazing location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious patio. I would suggest that the lighting in the primary bathroom be improved. Also, the brick steps from The driveway to the front door were loose which could pose a fall hazard. I recommend that the steps be repaired. Great communication with Adam! Overall a great experience.
