About this space
This centrally-located condo on the Colorado River offers everything for a family getaway. Perfect for families with watercraft, this complex has a private boat launch, docks, pool, hot tub, and a private beach island across from the casinos. Wake up to amazing views on the balcony of this cozy unit.
This condo is 2.5 miles from Davis Dam camp park, a 10-minute drive to Katherine's Landing Marina at Lake Mohave, a water taxi ride to the Laughlin casinos, and about an hour's drive to Havasu.
The space
3 bed 2 bathroom spacious unit with a modern kitchen, washer, dryer, and everything you need for a vacation on the river. Boat launch and boat dock available for guests.
Disclosure: sometimes the city closes the Dam in the evenings so we suggest pulling out your boat and not keeping it on the docks overnight if you don't want to wake up to your boat on the dry riverbed. The Dam re-opens in the mornings and the water levels will be back up by 10 am.
For a lake experience, we suggest Katherines Landing Marina at Lake Mohave.
You can rent a slip and keep your boat there overnight and take the 10 min-drive and spend the day at the lake, the beaches and coves a the lake are sandy and the water is pleasantly warm. For families traveling without watercraft and still wanting the lake experience the marina offers watercraft rentals

Access to the community pool and hot tub, private boat/ watercraft launch, and dock for your toys. Access to our private island with beaches right on he colorado river. Spacious parking for vehicles plus trailer

This unit is not for the partygoers. If you plan to rent this place to party in the pool or on the island during the night's wee hours, DO NOT BOOK.
This condo is located in a residential complex where night hours are to be respected.
It's not for parties. Sure, daytime barbies and music are allowed on the island but if you are looking for an all-nighter feel free to skip this listing!
