The home is only 3 miles from Interstate 80 and 3 miles from the Dubois Regional Airport. It is also easily accessible from PA28 and US322.

The landscape of rolling hills and scenic wooded and farming areas is enjoyable year round. The rolling hills and well maintained blacktop roads are ideal for motorcycle enthusiasts. The natural setting of this home may bring you in contact with large and small woodland creatures.
A day trip can take you to hiking trails, biking trails, swimming, hunting, fishing, canoeing and other outdoor activities as well as wineries and distilleries.
