Living room
This cozy room is a wonderful place to just sit and relax after a day at the beach or exploring the cities nearby. Watch your favorite Netflix show on our 42 inch smart TV. You can enjoy a relaxing time while not missing out on the action since it is an open area for the whole family to enjoy.

Kitchen
This beautiful modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your daily cooking needs. Offering a refrigerator/freezer/ice dispenser and water dispenser, dishwasher and microwave.

Dining room
This funky dining room will be an amazing place to capture new memories and family meals. With our 10 seats tables, our pic-nic table and our Taco bar, you will have everything you need for an amazing family meal.

Our Beach room
This room is furnished with a Queen size bed and a smart 32 inch TV.

Our Love room
This room has a Queen size bed, 32 inch smart TV and wardrobe space. You will love the 2 beautiful windows that provide amazing lighting in the room during day time.

Our Ocean room
This room provides 2 Full sized beds and wardrobe space.

Our Cozy Ice cream Master suite room
This room is furnished with a King size bed, smart TV and private full bathroom with a shower. The master suite also has it's own front door as well. You will find a pack and play, a booster chair, a kid's car seat and a stroller in this room.

Covered Patio
The outside dining table offers 8 sitting places, as well as a beautiful chilling spot right outside the patio door.

Large swimming pool
Our outdoor area offers a large swimming pool. The pool is not heated.
As per Florida law, a safety fence will be in place when you arrive. It can be removed if you do not have children or if you do not require it. However please note that this would be done at your own risk. We also have a childlock installed on the backdoor.

*Optional BBQ is available for $60 for your entire stay.

Approximately a 10-12 minutes drive from both beaches Deerfield and Pompano, there are many shopping and dining options nearby. You will find multiple Grocery stores, a Walmart, a Costco, Whole foods, Pharmacies, Banks at only 5 minutes away from our home.

A starter pack of cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided to guests. Guests are expected to purchase anything needed beyond what was provided in the starter pack. We do not restock. This is an industry standard practice.

The starter pack includes:
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 paper towel roll in kitchen
1 garbage bag on each garbage can
1 sponge
1 mini liquid dish soap
1 dishwashing tablet
1 laundry pod

All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
- This is an VRBO community, not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property upon addressing this complaint to VRBO and/or to us you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem. We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy
- Smoking is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest
- Locals must contact the host before booking
- Your white glove service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries.
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer luxury hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels.
- Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges
- Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
- Check-in at 4pm / Check-out at 10am
- Check out time is STRICTLY 10 AM.
- Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD.
- If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
- This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied
- The occupancy limit for this property is 16 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing
- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No outside noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind
- No smoking of any kind
- Park in your designated area. Maximum of 4 cars allowed.
- Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by your before departure.
- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the apartment in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay

• $100 Late Checkout Fee
• $Price of the room for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours
