Delightful apartment with 3 large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and ceiling fans plus one bedroom with bunk beds. All rooms have air conditioning. Prime location in front of Pitangueiras beach, large balcony with beautiful sea view. 3 bathrooms with shower and central heating, box in glass and plenty of light and natural ventilation. Good kitchen, fully equipped. Equipped and sunny laundry. All dorms have large Venetian windows that allow for optimal air circulation and plenty of natural light. Room equipped with LCD cable TV and DVD player, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Apartment has a covered parking space. Location of the property is fantastic, super central on the beach of Pitangueiras, with easy access to all trade and services you may need during your stay. Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Families are welcome. The building where the apartment is located is super well maintained, with the newly renovated concierge with modern security equipment. Upon request the building's employees assemble and disassemble umbrella and chairs on the beach for you, meaning you just get on the beach and enjoy the day without bothering to carry anything. The apartment is absolutely spotless, is for discerning people.

Férias em Guarujá

O imóvel tem uma vista linda do mar. Apartamento amplo e ventilado. Tem tudo que precisa na cozinha. Os probleminhas que ocorreram foram resolvidos de imediato pela proprietária.

Natal do Guarujá

Eu e minha família festejamos o Natal pela primeira vez na praia, quando o de costume é o réveillon que passamos na praia, mas foi uma experiência diferente, bem mais tranquila. Quanto nossa estadia posso dizer que foi muito boa além da expectativa, um apartamento muito bom com uma estrutura fantástica, frente pro mar, acesso a tudo muito fácil e rápido, recomendo a todos.

Maravilloso Apartamento en Pitangueiras¡

Impecable apartamento en Pitangueiras, sumamente equipado con todo lo que describió en el anuncio. La vista, el balcón, el mobiliario, todo estaba perfectamente acondicionado y en la zona central de la playa. La propietaria siempre muy atenta y cordial para brindar toda la información necesaria. Si quieren pasar unas buenas vacaciones en Guarujá, no duden en alquilar este precioso apartamento. Tampoco debo de olvidarme del personal del predio, gente muy educada y predispuesta. Vengo yendo hace varios años al Brasil, en diversos lugares, y esta vez no fue la excepción dado mis 13 dias de estancia que fueron maravillosos, gracias por todo Sra. Ingrid¡

Excelente Apto Beira Mar!!!

O apto é muito bem localizado, possui ar condicionado em quase todos os ambientes, não possui cheiro, muito arejado, espaçoso, confortável e limpo. O condomínio em que ele se encontra é muito bem organizado e possui banheiro e chuveiro para banhistas, os quais se encontram sempre limpos mesmo em períodos de grande movimentação como o que eu me hospedei (réveillon). A proprietária é muito solicita e discreta. Recomendo!

Privilegiado Apartamento

Devo dizer que passamos uns dos melhores dias de nossas vidas, estamos nos recompondo ainda, pois a saudade é imensa e a vontade ainda maior de estar novamente lá. Chegamos rápido, tudo bem localizado e de fácil acesso.Foi a primeira vez que minha filha de 4 anos viu o mar e adorou, a vista é linda, o local organizado, tudo preparado nos mínimos detalhes para nos receber e nos acomodar bem e com muito conforto. Há muitas distrações, shopping, lojas, mercados tudo localizado bem pertinho do apartamento. Agradeço a confiança e se Deus permitir, voltaremos nas nossas férias para passar um tempo maior lá, desejo uma porção de bênçãos e que continuem contribuindo para que momentos agradáveis e felizes como os que passamos, se repitam em outras vidas também. MARAVILHOSO

Excelente apartamento, decoração de muito bom gosto, cômodos espaçosos, colchões de ótima qualidade, cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários. maquina de lavar roupas e geladeira novas. O que mas vale lembrar é que o apartamento possui AR CONDICIONADO em todos os 4 quartos e na sala. A proprietária foi muito gentil do inicio ao fim da negociação. Voltaremos em breve e recomendamos sem duvidas a todos.

Apartamento maravilhoso.

Apartamento bem arejado, espaçoso, ótima localização, super confortável, linda vista p/ o mar, cozinha bem equipada, colchões novos, bem decorado, super limpo.Ótima localização, próximo a mercado, padarias, restaurantes, etc...Assim que possível voltaremos, recomendo a todos que queiram passar bons momentos no litoral.
