This studio features one double bed & one double sofa-bed, one modern bathroom, perfect for up to 4 guests. Complete with everything you need for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer at your convenience, air conditioning & more.

The space
Newly designed with modern furniture. This studio has a double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps 2.

Updated bathroom with hot water and shower jets, open concept kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat smart TV 55”, with internet connection to watch all your favorite programs.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cook ware need it to cook, and bake. This studio has mini-split air conditioning.

The house has a dining area that seats 4 people and can be converted for a dedicated working area.

It also has a washer / dryer combo and provide the laundry detergent.

In addition, we will provide a one time complementary starter kit with supplies such as: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent, coffee and tea.

This is a smoke-free and drug free property. We DO NOT allow smoking or illegal drugs of any kind including electrical cigarettes or vapes inside of the studio.

This is family-friendly property, any illegal activity such as prostitution or drugs can and will be punished by law.

This is a cigarette smoke free and drug free property. We do not allow smoking or using illegal drugs, including electric cigarettes or vaporizers, inside the studio.

Guests will access the studio through a shared video surveillance entrance and then a private entrance into the studio.
