About this property

3 bedroom condo - July 1st to 4th Last Minute Special and August Specials

Although technically located in Lewes, this 3 bedroom second floor condo lets you enjoy all the amenities of Rehoboth Beach. Our gated community is located just behind the Route 1 outlets in Tax Free Delaware. Rehoboth Beach is less than 4 miles from your door. I often go for a leisurely 2 mile walk in the morning on the boardwalk while the kids are still asleep. Our biking trails are wonderful! Our community is the end for Bike to the Bay. The Gordon's Pond/Lewes Bike 25 mile loop is 5 - 8 minutes from the condo. We love this beach for the Boardwalk, the Dunes, and the family friendly atmosphere. Dolphins swim south all sumner and in the early Fall in both the morning and early afternoon. Winter weekends have something special from the Jazz Festival to ice sculpting. Lewes Beach (3 miles) has much calmer waves and is good for the younger children. You can literally drive up to the beach. Whether you are looking for fabulous restaurants, want to search for sea glass, or are a golfer, our community offers a wide variety of choices. The Cape May Ferry is also convenient for those of you who want to experience a Victorian town and watch the dophins. This condo offers 3 bedrooms with new queen beds in all of the rooms with a complete set of linens provided. The appliances have also been replaced. The outdoor porch wraps around from the master bedroom to the kitchen. It is a beautiful place to sit and relax and read a book. TV (Netflix, Disney Plus) and WiFi are provided along with 2 full baths. Beach and personal towels, beach umbrellas, balls, board games and other assorted beach toys are available for your use. Cook in a full kitchen with an electric oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All appliances have been updated. There is also an iron and ironing board. The condo is exceedingly quiet due to the nature of the gated community. Children are always welcome and there is plenty of room to watch them play soccer outside your window. Fishing on the East Plantation requires no fishing license. There is a fishing pole in the storage area.

Feels Like Home

This is our 2nd Stay. Always cozy, great location, great beds. The kitchen is wonderful to prepare meals in. The porches are great for games, late night talks & reading. Close to everything.

Lovely place for a Fall shore getaway

Clean and comfortable condo in a quiet community. We enjoyed visiting Henlopen and Lewes beaches and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Host was very responsive to our needs. We'll definitely consider a return visit!

Nice townhouse in great location

3 nights stay with 3 kids and loved the proximity to Rehoboth and Lewes. Clean inside and out. Had all the cooking supplies and even some food available. Would recommend!

We were treated like family! Nothing but respect through and through. The Condo is beautiful and completely furnished. Can not think of one negative thing to say about the condo, location, or the host. Just wish we could have stayed longer. good choice for a beach week

We were happy to have a clean and safe base for our beach time. Definitely has an 80's type decor and we were disappointed to find an anticipated dip in the complex pool was not possible, as the pool area was in the process of being demolished. However, it was local to great beach activities and good restaurants! Faith was very willing to provide us with recommendations for our stay.

Best way to stay in Rehoboth

This is our 4th year staying here and it is always wonderful. Quiet community and close to all the amenities of Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey. Spacious and clean and Ms. Newton is easily accessible for any issues. We will be back!

Hidden Gem

I very much enjoyed this spacious condo near Rehoboth Beach. The home had everything I wanted and needed: a large living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a wrapped-around covered deck, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is in a hidden and quiet community behind Midway "go-kart" and Tanger Outlets. It was a perfect location to be near the beaches, restaurants, and shops!!! I hope we can do this again!!!

Wonderful Getaway Retreat

It was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a weekend with friends. It is conveniently located between Rehoboth Boardwalk, Henlopen Park, and historic downtown Lewes, so beautiful beaches and scenic areas are nearby. Faith is a great host, has all the amenities you would expect when at home and more, making it a cozy and comfortable stay. Highly recommend if traveling to the Lewes, Delaware area.

My husband is recently retired and I am a University Professor. One of our twins is in grad school earning her PhD in Math at Emory. Her twin brother owns his own computer business, Cirtual in Charlotte, NC. We have one more at home taking a Gap Year. We love to shop, watch the Dolphins swim between 10 am and 3 pm at Rehoboth, and just hang out on the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach eating Gus & Gus burgers and fries. I love to cycle and race walk, read a good book on the beach and do crafty things. We enjoy shopping in the shops on Main Street in the evening or at the Outlets.

Why they chose this property

We bought our condo because it was quiet yet there was plenty of room for our family. It is in a gated community and is very safe. It's nicely located between Rehoboth, Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes Beaches as well as the outlets. There are some excellent restaurants that cater to large families and of course lots of excellent seafood.

What makes this property unique

It you are looking for a quiet family friendly condo with plenty of space, this place will meet you needs with the huge enclosed wrap around porch. It is absolutely beautiful.
