This fourth floor, one bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse, has just changed hands and been fully renovated. Spacious and modern, it has the added advantage of a mezzanine level, which has the bonus of being another bedroom, with bunk beds up there, and a separate air conditioner for that space. Ocean Views from the comfortable balcony, along with your own private roof top terrace. This has been a favorite rental in the past, and is due to continue, especially with the upgrades just made. No expense has been spared. Stainless steel kitchen appliances, and granite countertops in your fully equipped kitchen. Indoor dining for 4. Spacious and comfortable living area, and with entertainment to enjoy such as a 52" Flat Screen TV, BluRay DVD Surround system, supplied with movies, stereo, Cable TV Service with all the major US Chanels, and every language you can imagine, and completed with private high speed internet. The bedroom has also be fitted out with a flat screen TV. Outdoors, with you being on the highest level, the condo has just been renovated with a covered roof, so that you can enjoy dining outside, with your gas BBQ/Grill, even if there is a little shower. The condo is a home from home, and the most perfect place to relax with your cocktails enjoying the views and the breeze.

Great condo with all amenities.

Condo is in great condition. Situated closer to reception so the breeze is calmer. Liz is very professional and will ensure the perfect vacation. Highly recommend.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung an sich war sehr schön. Man konnte es dort gut für 3 Wochen aushalten, und das will schon was heißen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut, wie auch der überdachte Balkon und die Fliegengitter. Schade war dass das Meer sehr viele Algen hatte, sodass es sehr trüb war. Für Familien auch eher unpraktisch war die Laute Musik, die abends begann und bis spät in die Nacht ging. Liz war eine sehr gute host!

Great property.

I spent most of January in this condo, and very much enjoyed my time there. Location is perfect, closed to everything, BAM supermarket is so handy. also all the really good restaurants, Citrus, Indian Restaurant, Batu, d Angelo were good deals, great food and service. This condo has access to one of the best beaches in Bavaro, and has very nice pools. Grounds are well kept at all times. Very Secure also. Liz, the property manager and her driver Alex were just amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond my expectations and are very trustworthy and quick to reply if there should be any issues.. The condo has a few things i'd change such as I would add a screen on the patio door in the loft as there would be a nice draft there however the mosquitos would come in during the night . But these are just minor things. All in all great experience and would highly recommend this condo. Thanks Liz you are the best !

WONDERFUL HOLIDAYS

We have spent an unforgettable stay in this apartment. It has all necessary to make you feel as if you were at home: two TVs, two DVD players (one of them blu-ray), home theater (which can be used as a sound system), large covered balcony, grill. The kitchen is fully equipped, in perfect conditions, nice colors. It has a beautiful sea view, especially for breakfast, lunch, having a cocktail in the afternoon and also dinner. Direct swimming pool view from where you can watch the children. In spite of having three air conditioners, the breeze makes unnecessary to be locked in the apartment, thanks to their nets. For a person who likes sleeping like me, it has blackout on all windows and doors, so I could sleep until I wanted. The front door has an opening system by code, which means there is no need to take keys, extremely comfortable. Besides they leave you in the apartment a prepaid cell phone that can be useful for food delivery, taxi service, etc. Regarding the condominium, you can’t ask more. It is like being in an all inclusive but without the time obligations that they impose. It has two big swimming pools and two for children, impeccably kept, the same as the park. One of them with bar service at affordable prices. The private beach with deck chairs, private security, restaurant and bar, also at affordable prices that make you doubt whether to cook or not. It has a supermarket (called BAM) to which you can access from the same complex or ask delivery. The complex has private security everywhere which makes you feel very safe. A special mention for the owners who thought in ALL you need to avoid missing your daily facilities. Due to my job I need to be online a lot of time, the internet works perfectly in the apartment. In the rest of the condo you can access to the internet hiring the service for an additional fee. Regarding Liz, the manager of the apartment, she is an excellent host who is always ready to help you and clarify your doubts. Don’t hesitate on her suggestions, she is always right. If you ask me if I would come back… of course yes. In fact I am arranging mi next stay in apartment A 402 of Playa Turquesa.

ALL INCLUDED!

Highly recommended this apartment in Playa Turquesa. Comfortable, spacious, extremely clean and with all kitchen appliances as an option to avoid going out for eating. At the same time, very near, you have supermarkets and restaurants. 24 hour security, swimming pools for adults and children and an enchanting landscape. At steps the private beach with its white sand, deck chairs, bar and restaurant. An interesting and cheap option to enjoy a wonderful holiday in this paradise. The apartment has everything you can think you may need, including current DVD films and indoor and beach games. Nothing else to ask.

PLACER REAL

Este departamento fue para nuestra familia el que nos permitió vivir nuestras vacaciones soñadas. Particularmente no nos gustan las actividades planificadas y estructuradas de los hoteles todo incluido. Gozamos de la libertad, tranquilidad y seguridad que nos ofreció Playa Turquesa. El departamento tal cual como lo muestran las fotos: perfectamente limpio y preparado para cubrir todas las necesidades. La atención de la administradora, Liz, inmejorable. Totalmente accesible (a pie) distintas opiciones de restaurantes y bares, farmacia, locales de indumentaria y dentro del condominio un supermercado. Seguridad en la entrada, la playa y controlando todo el complejo las 24 horas. En el departamento hay lugar para cuatro personas, tres aires acondicionados, lavadora y secadora (muy útil), equipo de música, dvd y blu ray, películas, todo como en tu hogar. Totalmente recomendable. Realmente la opción ideal para combinar descanso, placer y entretenimiento, sin horarios prefijados. Unas vacaciones para recordar!

EXCELENCIA EN PUNTA CANA

Elegir hospedaje en apartamento y no en hotel, fue la mejor decisión. Playa Turquesa es un condominio muy completo y totalmente seguro (con seguridad privada las 24 hs. en todo el complejo). En la playa, a pasos del apartamento, reposeras exclusivas para uso del cliente, bar, restaurante, sol y sombra -según lo que quieras elegir-. A metros, y dentro del mismo condominio, supermercado surtido y acceso a distintos restaurantes, bares, farmacia, comercios en general, todo bien cerca!. El apartamento: excelente, cálido, acogedor, con todo lo necesario para una estadía inolvidable, y también la atención de sus administradores Liz y Silverio. Tiene un balcón techado que nos fue muy útil, con barbacoa y muebles de exterior, ideal para las noches cálidas de Punta Cana, con una brisa constante. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Mi familia y yo volveremos, cada vez que elijamos Punta Cana como destino turístico. Felices!!!

Hace tanto te deseaba...

Qué lindo lugar, por DIOS! Me saque toda la mufa y el SUPER STRESS que junte durante un AÑO! Estar en esa playa, tomando un margarita frozen, caminando por harina, en vez de arena, y haciendo la plancha, en ese mar INCOMPARABLE, de agua cálida y transparente, sin que nadie te pegue con una pelota, te llene de arena cuando caminan a tu lado, o te golpee una ola, cuando vos no sos un surfista. Y regresando , Si, PILETAZO., Agüita transparente y calentita!. Volves al Dpto, vas al balcón mientras pones a cocinar unas costillitas en el chulengo, te tiras cómodamente en el sillón prendes el blueray y te miras una buena película. Y sabes qué? cuando estas en el aeropuerto , ya te preguntas. Cuando vuelvo!!!!???

Un lugar INCREIBLE!! en Pta Cana!

Qué lindo lugar por favor! Mi Marido y Yo quedamos Fascinados. Nos encantó el Dto. En Playa Turquesa, este nos brindó mucha libertad comodidad y confort, tener el acceso directo a la playa , piscina privadas, y al supermercado. La playa es soñada, bien equipada con bar .Las piscinas súper limpias. Mi marido disfruto mucho, poder contar con una parrilla en la terraza, del aire del acondicionado viendo películas, sin depender de horarios ni de nadie. Tener la libertad de hacer y utilizar nuestros tiempos es UNICO. además de lo bello que es el Lugar. Contar con todos los servicios, nos hizo sentir el placer de estar como en nuestra casa pero en PTA CANA! Lo súper recomiendo.
