This newly updated, non-smoking condo with ocean views, Wifi and luxury vinyl plank flooring has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. There is one king sized bed in the main bedroom, one queen in the second bedroom and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. All bathrooms have ensuite privileges. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & microwave. All utensils, cookware, pans, plates, glasses, Keurig coffee maker, indoor grill and crock pot are provided for your culinary needs. The condo has 4 tv's including a 55" tv in the main living area. There is a full capacity washer & dryer in the unit. No pets allowed.

The property has a lazy river, indoor/outdoor pools, kiddie pool, sundeck, hot tub, fitness center and plenty of covered parking.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Had all the kitchen utensils we could ever use. View from balcony was great. Enjoyed our 6 weeks here tremendously, felt very safe and overall relaxed. A home away from home.

Great Property and Owner!

Spent two weeks here for Christmas and New Years, Great unit and owner to work with, very responsive. Clean and up to date. Kids love the heated indoor pool. Will definitely be back in the future.

Perfect Location!

We stayed for a week and it was a perfect place for us. Right across the street from the beach, with stores and eating within walking distance. All entertainment available in N. Myrtle was within a 5-10 minute drive. The condo was clean, large - plenty of room for the 6 of us. The balcony was spacious (although a good amount of noise from the street below - but you couldn't hear it inside the condo). Parking was always available, but it is tight fitting. I would only have 1 negative and it was the beds. They're not very comfortable, if you have room in your car, bring a topper - they were very springy and hard. Other than that, we'd definitely stay again here. We had 2 maintenance issues that were handled immediately and the owner was always available and responded quickly.

Fantastic condo. Everything you need.

The condo was fantastic. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was clean and neat. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable and nice. The kitchen had everything you could need and even more. The views are great, even being across Ocean Blvd. The 8th floor offers great ocean views. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Very nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Girls Trip

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The clothes dryer wasn’t working. I contacted the property manager and she responded right away The part that was needed was on back order and the dryer wasn’t repaired during our stay. This was an inconvenience because there are very few towels in the unit. We had to hang towels on chairs to dry to be able to shower.

Family vacation

We enjoyed the area not far from the beach and not to busy. Location was great everything was a short drive or walk. Over all condo was nice could use a good deep clean. But overall was a great time.

Great location but, dated.

This was a great location in North Myrtle Beach. In driving distance to everything there is to enjoy about the beach, however the unit was a little dated and needs some up keep. But Overall I will stay again!!!!!

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and the condo was everything promised. It was clean, roomy, great location with easy beach access and had all that we needed for a perfect vacation. The communication with the owner couldn't have been easier. Would definitely rent this property for our next trip.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Well Equipped!

The location is quiet, has convenient beach access, and the view is Amazing!!! Being just off the beach doesn't even matter, you can still see everything. The Condo is beautiful and has everything you will need!!! Beach stuff too! My one and only complaint is the comfort of the beds but, this really didn't effect our stay at all. Owner is super accommodating and we will definitely book with her again. Just an FYI, the location is about 20-30 mins North of all the main attractions. Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk are a solid 30 min. drive. We didn't mind it because the beach wasn't as packed and we weren't stuck in all the major traffic all the time. Your also super close to Walmart and the Tanger Outlets. We highly recommend this condo!!!!

Retail Therapy Get Away

We spent our annual "retail therapy" get away at Malibu Pointe and it was wonderful. The condo is just like the description and Lucy was great getting us settled in. I would recommend it for families or friends just wanting to get away. It was just 3 of us and we splurged this year and rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath. It was an awesome get away. Our only problem was our stay was not long enough. We are talking about staying a week next time instead of 4 days. Thanks again for your help Lucy. Take care!

Beautiful and close to nearby attractions!

This condo was PERFECT for my family of 8. Size was great and we all felt as if we had our own space. The view is beautiful and despite being there over Memorial Day, the beach was not overcrowded or loud. There are plenty of places nearby to eat and for activities. Walmart is about 5 minutes away and the kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed. Lucy is awesome to deal with. She is quick to respond to questions and provides great information about the property and nearby attractions. I would definitely consider staying in this location again!

Very good affordable place to stay for beach access, golf, etc.

Not the newest or fanciest building, but more than adequate for our purpose which is a place to sleep after playing golf all day. Accommodations were Clean and nicely furnished. Owners are a pleasure to deal with.

Relax Time

Great Time

This unit had plenty of room for our family of 8. Even had some friends come over for dinner on several nights and had room to spare. Great location with ocean front views, but not at an ocean front price. Easy beach access and the pools and hot tub along with the workout room were perfect for us. Owners were great to work with and answered all questions and concerns quickly. The Irish pub across the street had really good food and cold drinks. If you like mussels, they are to die for...awesome. We definately plan on going back again next summer.

Great, very clean well kept condo just across the street from the beach, also Molly Darcy's and beachwear was right next door for when we wanted a quick bite or beach accessories we may have forgotten. nice quite place to relax and enjoy time together. The condo is child friendly I was traveling with my 16 month old daughter. the owners thought of everything the storage closet had a variety of beach treasures that we used, the kitchen was well equipped, the condo was very spacious and exactly as described, we also liked the convenience of the key lock (great idea), very enjoyable experience keeping this condo in my plans for the future

Our family loves golfing and spending time on the beach and North Myrtle Beach is the perfect family getaway. We had vacationed in the North Myrtle Beach area for 10 years and enjoyed it so much we decided to purchase a condo.

Why they chose this property

After renting various units in North Myrtle Beach for family vacations, this property soon became our favorite. It had all the amenities we were looking for including an indoor pool, a fitness center, covered parking and 2 elevators for easy access. We decided on this unit as it is equipped with a spacious interior and has many upgrades. The balcony was also a selling feature as it allows us to enjoy the view from inside too!

What makes this property unique

Crescent Beach is the ultimate family vacation spot and this condo is roomy & spacious, which makes it great for large families. The location of the unit is superb as it's within very close proximity to the beach, without paying the beachfront prices! This property offers many amenities even when the weather is not cooperative. The covered pools and lazy river allow you to have fun when you want to get out of the sun but still enjoy the heat. The North Myrtle Beach area is perfect for families with kids, as the beaches are less crowded and provide plenty of room to play in the sand or kick a soccer ball. We are also close to restaurants, shopping & mini golf.
