SUMMARY
Casa Contenta is a charming traditional Santa Fe home that has been exquisitely decorated with high-end contemporary furnishings. The two aesthetic styles combine effectively to create a striking and unique space that feels both up-to-date and historic. In addition, the beautiful outdoor spaces, hot tub, and premium East side location, this home will ensure that you experience the best that Santa Fe has to offer.

LIVING AND DINING
The flexible living space offers plenty of seating around the fireplace, but can also be converted to a formal dining space for up to six guests using the fold-out table.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a home chef. The breakfast nook features built-in bench seating for two and two chairs for more casual meals.

BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms feature king and queen beds respectively and share a bathroom in the hallway.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Two gorgeous patio spaces with outdoor dining for six, and plenty of furniture for relaxing and soaking in New Mexico’s famous sunshine. An outdoor grill is provided for cooking outdoors. The hot tub sits in between the patios and is a welcome feature after a long day of exploring our beautiful city.

Downtown house

House was very clean, kitchen was well supplied with every cooking item you would need. Walking distance to plaza and Canyon Road. Just make sure you back into carport to make it easier to get out onto Palace Ave. Will definitely stay here again when in town visiting family.

Perfect Stay Near the Square

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the square, which made exploring the area so convenient. The place itself was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

After many attempts, my spouse and i were finally able to get away to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It was our first visit to Santa Fe, and we could not have been happier with the location of Casa Contenta. The house is decorated with impeccable taste - so many arresting photos and cool artifacts of Native Americans! The ONLY thing lacking from the well-equipped kitchen was a sharp chopping knife. The place was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Initially our plans had included our grown children, and the three bedrooms would have held us all comfortably. Alas, our rescheduled travel dates did not work for them.

Great week in Santa Fe

Property was perfect for our sisters’ week. Great location for walking. Close to town. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked. Just a couple of things to note - we had ants in the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. And the property is located on a busy main road on a curve which made it difficult to back out of driveway. But, overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Mother daughter trip

We came to Santa Fe for mother daughter trip of 3 moms and 3 teen daughter. The location was great and was great jumping base for everything we wanted to do. House had everything we needed. With 3 teens WiFi was important and we had great download speeds and no slow down. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Great customer service by Two Casitas.

Lovely property

This was a great property! It is luxuriously decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, and the yard worked out great for our pups. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Getaway

This house is beautifully laid out and decorated. Lots of little things that make a vacation stay more enjoyable. And it is 2 minutes from Canyon Road restaurants and art galleries and especially close to The Teahouse.

Not our first stay in a Two Casitas property, and will certainly not be our last. We love vacationing in Santa Fe, and a stay with Two Casitas makes choosing a property effortless. My husband and I stayed with our son, daughter and grandchildren July 24-31, 2022. The property exceeded our expectations, was comfortable for our group and had the amenities and location that took it over the top. We enjoyed the hot tub, the proximity to Canyon Road and great restaurants, and the Santa Fe River across the street for our family to explore. It also was a short walk to the Plaza and a park, so the location was perfect for us! Also, great communication from management and a thoughtful welcome gift…thank you!!

Comfortable little house close to Canyon Rd.

The location is great for accessing Canyon Rd. Restaurants and galleries. You can literally see The Tea House from the living room window. Kitchen is small for a group, but functional. There really isn’t an easy place to set up a dining table except the middle of the living room. With just two of us the house was very comfortable and functioned well. I don’t think I would stay there with a large group, unless you plan to eat out and not cook meals in. Beds are comfortable, TVs all worked, plenty of towels, and the hot tub is a nice plus. As it was November and quite cold, we didn’t really use the little yard, but it looked like it would be pleasant in a different season. We found the house lacking a few items (mostly kitchen), which we bought. Two Casitas reimbursed us without hesitation. Be aware that the driveway is on a blind curve, and you must be very careful. Suggest backing in if possible.

Great location & property!

The check in process was very easy and the house is comfortable, cute, clean and has everything you would want in a VRBO. Love the Jacuzzi, which was an added bonus. And there are cute tables/chairs outside in an enclosed back yard. Within walking distance to the city square, art galleries and great places to eat. So enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Property close to everything

We are so glad we booked Casa Contenta. This house was perfect. We had a group of three ladies on a girls trip for the weekend and it suited us so well. All of us commented on how comfy the bedding was the first morning after our arrival. The house was well stocked with tons of nice towels and toiletries. The hot tub was a plus too!!. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook but why do that when you are only a 5-20 minute walk to any of Santa Fe’s amazing restaurants. It is super close to Canyon Rd and just a short walk to the Plaza. Check out was a breeze- just lock the door and go. We loved our stay here and would definitely return to this house.
