This stunning home is situated on the waterfront of the St. Louis River, offering one of only three unobstructed views in a private and serene setting for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It is a newly built, stylish, and modern vacation rental located at the base of Spirit Mountain Ski in the Riverwest Development, adjacent to the Ski Hut Adventure Center and Burnett Dairy Cafe. The property features seating for 14, a sauna, and a fireplace. Conveniently located just 10-15 minutes away from the Lincoln Park Craft District and Canal Park activities!

Fall in Duluth & North Shore
Home is very new and very clean. Comfortable furniture in every room. Beautiful view of St. Louis River. Sauna was a plus along with comfy robes. Kitchen well stocked. Owners were very responsive. Upper deck and lower patio both great. Easy drive to downtown Duluth/ Canal Park and the north shore of Lake Superior!

Great place in Duluth!
The property was wonderful and had the most thoughtful little touches from toothbrushes to feminine products, make up remover. Very thoughtfully done. We brought our dog who is blind and stayed only on ground floor where he was able to be let outside and it worked wonderfully. We brought a big dog bed for him and he did great learning the layout of the lower floor

Newer and very clean and well taken care of house at the foot of Spirit Mountain. Great trails. Easily accessible to town. Great for family with games to play as a family.

Super cute place! Well equipped kitchen, clean, and comfortable. Only shortcomings were the lack of window blinds (gets super bright in the bedrooms with east facing windows in the morning) and wifi. We had challenges using the smart tv's due to excessive buffering. Otherwise, a great place for a family getaway!

Great vacation!
We loved staying at this new and very modern house. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation in Duluth. Unfortunately, the local ski resort closed early, but the house had great views of Lake Superior and the Spirit Mountain ski area. We had enough room to entertain our local family and relax during the trip. We loved the sauna! It is a great addition in cold wintery Duluth weather. We look forward to future trips at this house or in this neighborhood!

We were the first to join this effort to build up West Duluth in this River West development because, as aging outdoor enthusiasts, we have discovered that this location offers so many options for all experiences. These include biking on the Munger Trail, road biking, mountain biking, hiking, Nordic skiing, the Superior Hiking Trail hiking, and downhill alpine skiing at Spirit Mountain. This will be the newest wanted destination in our area!

The unobstructed views of the Saint Louis River and Duluth make this retreat truly special. We are proud to offer two of the very few options available for groups of 12, accommodating larger gatherings. Additionally, at the end of an adventurous day, you can unwind in our relaxing sauna, ensuring a perfect end to any activity-packed day.
