This is the cutest little cottage up by Lake Hartwell! It was so quiet and peaceful for our Mothers' and daughters' retreat—perfect for playing games and catching up!

Great communication, fast to have someome come fix the TV when it was nit working. Love this place. 2nd time here and I'm sure it wont be last. 5/5 recommended
We stayed here for the Christmas holiday and were completely charmed by this cabin!! We had plenty of room and some extra! It was so welcoming and the scenery and views were beautiful. We loved the location of this cabin and everything it had to offer. So grateful to our host for welcoming us!!
The property was lovely. Lots of good space in the home and good exterior space as well. Our kids 6, 4 and 1 had a absolute ball in the upstairs loft and in the backyard with the creek.
We enjoyed spending time with our adult children and grand child in your rustic and historical but very well updated cabin. We loved all the extra touches (Christmas decor, laundry, toiletries, blankets, and kitchen supplies). It was nice to slow down and have some good old fashioned fun playing games and doing puzzles.
We came here to spend Thanksgiving with our son who is in school nearby. We had a nice and relaxing time! The beds are very comfortable & the large deck and yard were perfect for spending time outdoors. We brought our dog and she was very comfortable in the yard
The pictures are nice but the property looks better in person. We loved the house with the exception of the draftiness in the living room area. I think if there was a to close it off from the hallway, that it would stay warmer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Spent two nights while son tried out for soccer easy to find lots of charm and space..... TV did not stream.....owner responded but tv still had no connection. WiFi was sufficient to watch programs from phone. Clean comfortable reasonably priced
This was our second stay at The Bee & Barb Farm, and both times have been great! This stay was decorated with the cutest Christmas decorations and so cozy! We would definitely love to stay again, when in the area.
Property was perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The weather wasn't great so having such a nice and comfortable place to stay was great. Hosts were responsive and the place was super clean. Enjoyed and hope to be back!
Beautiful home and beautiful area. The home was clean and so cute. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s even better in person. Highly recommend for a family gathering!!!
Was an amazing place. Well decorated for Christmas staying and really clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and already planning for summer with my family
My family and I stayed here so we could attend my uncle's service and burial. This house has an incredible unique charm to it and the owners were very responsive when we had questions. We loved every part of this house and if we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again.
We enjoy sharing the rustic charm of our property with our guests and learning what brought them to the area. We especially appreciate feedback and love when guests share the glimpses of memories they made while staying at the Bee & Barb Farmhouse.
Why they chose this property
The area is serene and abundant with natural beauty, friendly people, and loads to do for those who like to get out and adventure. But the property is a haven all its own!
What makes this property unique
The Bee & Barb is an historic property — the original footprint built in the 1850s. We enjoy the history of it and worked hard to preserve it while bringing in modern day comforts. It offers a rustic charm that we absolutely love and love to share! It’s the perfect place to getaway, unplug, and enjoy life!
