Great place for a multi generational get together

We had a great five days with three generations of our family. Plenty of room to sleep, prepare and enjoy meals and have fun.

The property was lovely

The property was just what we needed for a relaxing Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room that we could be together and enough space that we could have our alone time. Would recommend and would like to return in the future.

Long w/e/Girls’ trip in the Smokies

This was a momma/daughter trip for a group of 8th grade girls and their mommas and we had a GREAT time! Saturday, we drove into Gatlingburg/Pigeon Forge and went snow tubing and ice skated at Ober, escaped the Depths Escape Room, shopped along the strip, and enjoyed Crazy Mason milkshakes. Saturday, two of our girls had a competitive gym meet at the Knoxville Convention Center and afterwards, we ate at the Downtown Grill and Brewery. When we left, it was snowing!!! The house was clean and well-accommodated our group of 10! Only complaint was that there wasn’t enough hot water to go around! Thank you our stay! ‘Til next time, TN!

Family trip

I Stayed with my daughters and their kids (5 kids 5 and under) and the house exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed plus more. It is in a safe and comfortable neighborhood and was spacious and well stocked with extras. We spent one day at the Children's museum in Oak Ridge and took the easy drive to Zoo Knoxville the second day. Everything we needed/wanted was accessible and easy to find.

Nice neighborhood and walking path

In general our stay was fine. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to a walking path which we all appreciated. There were some details that were disappointing; the grill is a charcoal grill not a gas grill. The sheets (polyester) and beds were not comfortable, the table on the deck was in bad shape/dirty and required a table cloth, and the yard has poison ivy. Two people in our family ended up with a rash. With a bit of attention the property could be much nicer for future guests.

Wonderful home for the whole family

We stayed in the house for a long weekend and hosted several gatherings of family and friends. The accommodations were excellent, the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, and bake ware. The furniture in all three living room spaces, as well as outdoor furniture, were comfortable. The five bedrooms were very cozy. Detailed instructions helped us easily connect to WiFi and operate the appliances. There was even a list of recommendations on the refrigerator door including everything from local pizza, Big Ed's was terrific, to musuem and even an ER. We had a wonderful time at the museum, shopping, restaurants, wedding and most of all having a lovely place to call home in between. The owners were very helpful and prompt in their communications. We highly recommend this house.

Fun place to stay with beautiful surroundings

Our family of 7 (all adults) had a very nice time in this lovely home. With 5 bedrooms, each couple or single had their own bedroom. (With only 1 bathroom for the 3 non-master bedrooms upstairs, the main floor and basement bathrooms were available so that we could all get ready in a decent amount of time.) We of course really enjoyed the hot tub, and had we stayed longer, the volleyball net in the backyard would have definitely seen some action! The home backs up to a wooded hillside, and we could barely see the back part of a neighboring house, so the scenery off the back part of the wraparound deck was beautiful...even saw two deer one morning! Not far from the house, there is a nice greenbelt paved path for running which winds through the forest and connects with a much longer path which parallels the Clinch River. Jeff was an excellent host and was always quick to respond if I texted him about anything. In short, this is a great place to stay, and I heartily recommend it!
