Do not trust.

Shortly after I booked my 2 night stay, the host rebooked me for just 1 night as he said the roof needed to be repaired. I let him know that I needed the full 2 nights and therefore had to cancel the entire stay. He then told me the roof was fixed and I could then stay the whole 2 nights. I had already booked another play to stay in this time frame. He then decided to re-book me for the 2 nights and not offer me any refund despite him originally telling me the roof needed to be repaired and I could not stay there.
