The space
Brand new with lots of modern features. Heated 1st level floors, custom showers, washer/dryer for your convenience, and plenty of parking. It has a large backyard and patio for your enjoyment, as well as a large upper deck with outside furniture overlooking a creek.
Guest access
The entire space is available for guests use.
Other things to note
There is a brand new propane, BBQ Grill, on site, host does not provide the propane. However, there are multiple places right in the village of Saugerties where propane can be purchased.There is a wood burning firepit in the back,host does not provide wood. There are many restaurant choices in the village of Saugerties or in the village of Woodstock, which we are conveniently located in the middle of both it is about a 5-minute drive to either destination. If you are looking for a bit more of a city, historic Kingston to the South is about 20 minutes away, where you can find many grocery stores, your local Walmart, etc. North approximately 25 mins away is the beautiful Hunter mtn / 40 mins to Windham ski mountains. A 45-minute drive north, and you are in New York's Capital District of Albany.
