The penthouse apartment is on the 3rd of the beach house which is situated right by the sea and the beaches: concrete beach (0m), sandy beach (20m) and pebble beach (200m).
It has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher…), living room with a sofa for 2 children (152x250 cm), toilet and a big terrace. It has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and its own toilet, a small kitchenette and the balcony.
The house is surrounded by rich Mediterranean flora. In the garden there are two caravans that also can be rented. Some apartments have air conditioning, and some do not. Within a radius of 2 km there are various activities: - volleyball - Running on a sandy beach 4 km long - surfing - Diving school - Rafting on the river Cetina - Water skiing - Water polo - Other water sports - hiking - Climbing - tennis - Basketball - Soccer - cycling.
