WELCOME TO A PINK PEARL !!!!

A Pink Pearl is a beautiful beach front 3BR/ 4BA home is located in the heart of Frangista Beach. From the moment you arrive, you will be taken in by the exquisite Gulf views and stunning décor. Not a single detail has been overlooked in the design of A Pink Pearl.

The first floor living area offers a wet bar, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Step outside onto the large deck and find an 8' x 14' Gulf-front pool and shaded dining area with a propane grill.

The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with its professional grade Viking stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The guest room on this floor has a charming Romeo balcony, a large flat panel TV and king-size bed with a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk in shower and serves as a powder room for this floor.

The top floor houses the two remaining bedrooms including the master suite. Chill a bottle of champagne in the wet bar fridge and get ready to be dazzled by sunsets viewed from your private Gulf-front balcony with comfortable patio furnishings. The master bathroom has California closets, light cabinetry and granite countertops, a walk-in travertine shower and a soaking bathtub. Down the hallway is the third bedroom offering three twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combinatiton.

When you get ready to hit the beach, you’ll enjoy the convenience with your very own private walkway leading to the sugar white sands. Rather head to the pool? The Frangista Beach community pool is within walking distance and is heated during some of the cooler months.

The private residential elevator in this home can be made available. Please discuss necessity of use with us well in advance of your stay. Free beach setup service in season includes two chairs and one umbrella. A Pink Pearl is a truly comfortable home and is an all clean bedding participant.

Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and is a popular destination for vacationers. It is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna's Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $45/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

NO WEDDINGS ALLOWED WHEN STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY.

*The garage is not available for guest use. Guests are able to park 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

Lovely stay!

The beds were comfy, the house had everything we needed and the pool was an exceptional retreat for cooling off without salt water. The kids had a blast being able to go between and the adults were able to relax! The beach was beautiful- it was great to have the chair service ready and waiting because the beach got crowded and we always had a space earmarked! The house is on the main drag which was great for walking/running path access and walkable to an Alvin’s, coffee and ice cream. It was a bit noisy for the nights we wanted to sleep early because of the beach access and being a happening area, but for those wanting to be in the mix, it would be fun! Overall great stay! Frangista rental company was incredible with communication & anything we might have needed during our stay!

Spend a glorious week at this beautiful home. Beach was beautiful and chair service very convenient. Property management very helpful. Plenty of space for a family of 7. Kitchen well stocked and elevator a plus. Definitely recommend the home for a beach getaway!

Lovely view but no direct beach access from property itself

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home but lacks many luxury features.Astounding lack of cushions inside and on porches. Outdoor furniture is very worn and uncomfortable for sitting. Floors in kitchen very worn. Few truly luxurious features. Gate to direct beach access from property is locked so renters must use public beach access beside the property; quite annoying as other nearby homes appear to have direct access from the property for renters. Management company forces use of phone app, which is OK, but app promises keyless entry with a code which is not possible. Renter must stop by the management property to pick up keys. Property needs a deep clean. Many ceiling vents are dirty, freezer drawer is either rusted or very stained.

King Family Beach Trip 2022

Reviewer Comments: This year’s beach trip was 2 weeks earlier than last year and we can say the crowds were a bit less since most kiddos were still in school. The weather was the best and the gulf was the clearest we have ever seen. It was reassuring that the beach area was well patrolled for those of us who had the umbrellas and chairs included with our houses,etc. The Pink Pearl is beautiful and definitely has the multi-million dollar view. The house was clean and ready a little early for our arrival. Everything was in working order and the kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of towels in all bathrooms and beach towels as well. The grill and pool areas were clean which made for some great outdoor dining. William and his staff at Frangista are the best and were always a phone call or text away if needed. Any questions through our year of planning were answered via email quickly. The Pink Pearl and the surrounding area is very nice and we can’t wait to go back next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at A Pink Pearl. We had a few small issues but the staff was quick to respond and it was, overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. One small negative was that the HOA for the neighborhood would not allow anyone to throw frisbees, etc...on a rather large area of the beach between the houses and the "wet" part of the beach closer to the water where most lay out. This area is extremely far from the houses so no risk of hitting anything, etc... and it was a bit unreasonable. It was very windy while we were there so there wasn't a good place for kids to play all of the beach games like frisbee, paddle ball, etc...because the tide was high. We watched security and the HOA president chase little kids out of this area all week. It was really silly. EVERYONE that was staying in the places that had access to that area had kids and all were complaining to each other about it.

Beautiful Home, Super Clean.

Everything about this stay was smooth. House was spotless, view was incredible. I would recommend having the elevator turned on when you rent, if you have any kind of knee or joint issues since there are three flights of stairs .

One problem and it is a big one, this property is right next to public access for this community. The beach area was extremely overcrowded with umbrella/2chairs on top of each other. Really to close for pre-pandemic times. Some people try to get 20 folks under that umbrella. Then the fact that our car was hit twice in the driveway as folks ran in it it with the rented golf carts as they dropped people off. We only had one car in the driveway so not sure what the issue was. I would rent this house again off season to hopefully mitigate these issues.

Pink Pearl Vacay from Aiken, SC

The Pink Pearl was an amazing beachfront home. The home was superbly equipped with every comfort and amenity you could want. The condition of the home was clean and updated and bedding was comfortable. The kitchen had very nice Viking appliances, cookware and dishware. The gas grill by the pool was in very usable shape and enjoyed cooking and enjoying the best beachfront dining venue to avoid the crowds and traffic. The best was the million dollar view right on the beach and the very nice pool on the property. We had the best weather ever with sunny and mid 80s every day. The beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella worked out very well. Be prepared for an occasional group to set up their personal chairs and umbrella in front of your assigned “front row” location. This usually happens when the tide goes out. The community private beach access gate next to house did get a bit noisy at night with late night revelers to and from the beach and the street noise on Scenic Gulf Drive was loud at times. Loved the Pink Pearl and hope to return!
