The RRR is a place to come and unplug from the busyness of your everyday life. Walk out the front door and take in the sounds of the waves brushing up on the lakeshore and the soothing smell of pine trees. Those sounds and smells spell one thing- rest. This cabin and one other home are located on a 6-acre wooded property for added peace and quiet. The driveway is shared with the other house on the property.
Located on the northern shore of Big Fork Lake on the Three Lakes Chain, the cabin is right across from the Chequamegon Nicolet National Forest. The area is a prime silent sports location for biking, hiking, boating, fishing, kayaking and walking. We are six miles from the shops and restaurants of downtown Three Lakes and 16 miles south of Eagle River. There is a public boat launch only 4 miles away and many multi-purpose trails within a short drive. Dock a boat or pontoon at the private pier. Boat rentals are available at nearby marinas.
The cabin was built in the 1950's and has recently been completely updated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities include a charcoal grill, patio table and chairs, dock, TV, DVD player, microwave and games. Cabin has newly installed fiber internet. There are two kayaks for rent at $50 each for the week.
Big Fork Lakes is 37 feet deep at maximum and the cabin frontage is sandy/rocky with a gradual slope to the middle of the lake. The cabin is located just yards from the shoreline for a stunning lakefront experience.
We look forward to hosting your next vacation to the Northwoods of Wisconsin!
