Our condo is newly furnished with a southwestern mid-century vibe. The kitchen and bath are supplied with all of the amenities to make your vacation relaxing and fun. The condo has new appliances including a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. The patio is equipped with a dining table and four chairs, umbrella, chaise lounge, and BBQ. The patio faces west for morning coffee and provides relaxing afternoon shade. The condo is just steps away from one of the twenty saltwater pools and spas.

The Resorter has a championship golf course, a premier pickleball and tennis club (add'l fees paid onsite), a cafe, and clubhouse. Our condo faces a greenspace for privacy from golf carts and stray golf balls while providing great proximity to the golf course, pickleball courts, and clubhouse.

The Palm Desert Resort and Country Club is convenient to many events and outdoor activities. It is just 4 miles to Acrisure Arena (home of the Coachella Valley Firebirds Hockey Team), 3 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, 6 miles to El Paseo shopping district, and 25 minutes to the Palm Springs Airport. Nearby outdoor activities include the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, and Joshua Tree National Park. Freedom Park is across from the resort and has more pickleball courts, softball and soccer fields, sand volleyball, a basketball court, two fenced dog parks, children's play area and walking path.
