There is a pool safety door alarm on each door leading out to the pool at this property that is required by California law to be present. Please do not tamper with these devices. Doing so may result in a fine or eviction from the home.
The indoor fireplace is not operational.
The pool can be heated for an additional $100.00/day -Please note in the colder months the pool may not always be at an optimal temperature due to the colder air at night and morning hours.
This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not appropriate for noisy groups. No party policy is strictly enforced and may result in eviction if not followed.
This single-story house does not have stairs; however, there are two steps to access the outdoor lounge and dining area on the patio.
4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without approval. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations. Pet Fee: $40/Night
Parking notes: Parking is available for 2 vehicles -- 2 cars in the garage. If parking on the street, only park directly in front of your rental (do not park in front of other houses).
