About this property

Fully remodeled and newly furnished beachfront 7th floor condo with a front row seat to Marco's white sands beach. Apollo 703 is a luxury retreat with all the modern conveniences. One bedroom with new king bed and furnishings, fully updated kitchen with everything you need, living room with sleeper couch, 2 smart TV's with Tivo, fiber optic high speed internet. The Sunset Grille, voted 'best happy hour' on the island, is located on the ground floor.

-THE LIVING ROOM: a Smart TV with TIVO and able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account.

-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a microwave oven, a compact dishwasher, a ceramic glass electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked with the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans and bakeware. You'll also find kitchen soaps, cleaning supplies and paper towels. Dine in the kitchen or on the balcony.

-THE BEDROOM: offers you a brand new King bed, smart TV with TIVO and a big selection of towels and beach towels

-BATHROOM: We provide a hair dryer, with hand soap and shower soap

Complimentary beach items for your use includes two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach towels.

- LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Coin & Credit Card Operated Laundry machines are on the same floor, outside & just down the hallway.

-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable.

-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay.

-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a sauna/jacuzzi.

Updated and well appointed

We had an amazing stay at the Apollo Condominiums on Marco Island. The unit was updated, spotless, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The bed was, without a doubt, the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in—truly a highlight! The views from the unit were stunning and made for the perfect backdrop to a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Condo to Enjoy What Marco Island Has to Offer!!

The condo was perfect for our stay, great view from the balcony, all the amenities inside the condo and close to many restaurants!!! We had a small glitch with one of the tv cable boxes and the owner was ‘on top of it’ to restore as quickly as possible . . . very nice, helpful host!!!

This is our 3rd time staying at Apollo condominium, in different units each time. The price is very reasonable and apartment is well-kept, nice and cozy for our 4-nights stay. The host Edward was very friendly and promptly answered to any inquiries. There were a couple of small issues but we kept open communication and mutually seeking for the best solutions. Highly appreciated that. An important item to mention is that we had to pay a refundable damage deposit at time of booking in October and the amount is held up until late December, 2-weeks after we completed this trip. This is a significant amount to be charged to CC in addition to the rental cost. The advertising did not disclose this information or was possibly overlooked. I did feel nervous and stressed during stay, worrying about any existing issues. Honestly I would prefer to purchase an insurance as alternative option. To be fair, the damage deposit was refunded as promised. Thankfully, there is no issue. We did not pay additional damage deposit in the past two years staying at Apollo. Overall, I will give a 4 out 5 score rating since the host/unit itself were pretty nice.

Very Nice Accomodations

Although the weather wasn't good and we were chased out by hurricane Helene, the condo was very comfortable and clean. We wish we could have stayed for the entire week.

First time on Marco Island

This condo was without a doubt, one of the nicest places we have ever rented through VRBO! The unit was spotless, equipped with everything we could possibly want or need for a most relaxing vacation on the beach. The owners, Eddy & Babs were easy to contact and instructions for navigating parking and use of the condo were clear and readily available. If we could give more than 5 stars, we surely would! Wonderful stay!

What an incredible place to stay when in Marco Island! The condo was just as described - overlooking the beach and the gulf - comfortable kind sized bed - large walk in shower - clean, bright and updated!! Plus the little things such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a small cooler to take drinks to the beach, a box fan (which we were so excited about as we sleep with one every night at home and miss it when staying at a hotel) - a covered parking spot for our rental car. Easy check in and check out. If and when we come back to Marco Island, there is no other place that we would stay!! Thank you!!

Fantastico

Ho trascorso 5 giorni da sogno. Marco Island e’ fantastica ma chi ha fatto la differenza sono stati Babs e Edward con la loro casa e la loro gentilezza. La casa è bella. Ben curata e c’è praticamente tutto anche più di quello che ci si può aspettare. Attrezzatura per la spiaggia, teli mare nuovo e tanti, biancheria per il bagno ottima così come quella per il letto. Il letto è grande e molto comodo. Direi nuovo! In cucina e’ tutto funzionante e anche l’aria condizionata va benissimo. Tutto E’ molto meglio di come è descritto e di come appare in foto. E già lì è bella! Babs e Edward sono stati strepitosi veramente. In passato ho avuto a che fare con altri proprietari ma loro sono di un altro pianeta. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi a causa di alcuni lavori di restauro che stavano facendo allo stabile ma loro ci hanno assistito su tutto! Ci hanno regalato un sogno lungo 5 giorni. Pochi ? Per me no. Grazie!!! Mio figlio nn voleva più andare via e ha adorato i biscotti che Babs ha fatto per lui !! Mi sono riportato in Italia un ricordo unico e per questo ringrazio Babs ed Edward !! Spero di rincontrarci presto

Great location; easy access to beach; stayed in many condos this particular one made it very convenient so you didn’t have buy essentials (toilet paper, paper towels dish soap etc.) having beach chairs and towels available was great! Beautiful view of sunsets!

Absolutely Wonderful!

To summarize our stay at this wonderful condominium at Apollo is easy. It was perfect! The unit was just what we wanted with an amazing view of the ocean! Everything was clean, well thought out and anything we wanted was provided. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the ability to stream our favorite TV shows in the evening. We were delighted to find choices of deluxe coffees to brew in the morning. While we did not need to contact the owners, we were so appreciative that they provided their personal cell phone numbers. I highly recommend this wonderful short term rental - although we could move in forever! Thank you.

We had a wonderful week in Marco Island. Our condo was perfect. It was just the right size for our stay and the owners provided beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler for us to use. Plenty of bath towels and supplies that were available in the condo also. Property was very secure and didn’t have to worry about walking around any time of the day/night. A very nice place to stay

Perfect for our needs

This property was perfect for our needs. We loved sitting on the balcony looking out on the beach. The kitchen is small but had what we needed. Property is very clean, safe and secure. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant on the lower level. All the communication we received was clear and accurate.

Great Condo

We stayed for a long weekend and everything about the condo was superb. Edward was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself was very comfortable, nicely decorated and had a great view of the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were perfect. Couldn't ask for a better vacation condo than this! Property owners (Edward and Babs) were always quick to respond to any and all questions that I had regarding the condo. Check in process was very easy. Condo property is safe and secure (must use a key to enter through the entrance and throughout the property). 1 covered parking space and 1 uncovered parking space included for a small fee. Condo comes equipped with all the essentials, including beach towels, beach chairs, mini cooler, and much more, as well as a fridge, microwave, stove top, coffee makers, etc. Condo comes with everything you need -- all you need to do is show up and enjoy! Absolutely beautiful oceanfront views. Direct beach access makes this a perfect location, especially to watch the beautiful Marco Island sunsets right from your balcony. Great pool with lounge chairs and jacuzzi. Sunset Grille is located on the same property, so it is very convenient. Property owners even gave me a thoughtful gift as I was celebrating my birthday during my stay. Will definitely stay here again!
