Cabana Shores is a 4-acre property located on Grand Traverse East Bay. This A-frame sits back off the water and comes with your own private beach.

Stunning, sandy East Grand Traverse Bay beach waterfront! Enjoy summer days and nights on your own 123' of sandy beach and experience beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous vista of Old Mission Peninsula. The property transforms from a hardwood forest to the sands of the beach as you traverse through the lot.
Includes an 800 sq ft A-frame built in 1964 with two bedrooms, one bath, and a full kitchen. The house has been meticulously kept and is great for a quiet Up-North getaway. Only a 20-minute drive from Traverse City and a 5-minute drive from all the amenities of Elk Rapids!
