Location is superb, and the views are breathtaking. Walk to uptown in minutes for dinner, shopping and a gallery stroll before enjoying a quiet evening afterwards on the deck overlooking the Red Rocks as the sun sets. This two-bedroom, two bath home sleeps 5 and is literally just a block off main street in Uptown. Home has exceptional views and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The space is unique and boasts a large great room and deck great for gathering friends and family after a day exploring Sedona.
As you step into our Southwest-inspired abode, you'll be greeted by warm, inviting cinnamon tones and an abundance of natural light. The open concept living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Sink into plush sofas while the fireplace crackles nearby or gather around the dining table for a meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials.
The home is just a very warm space to spend some quality time with friends and family.

Our home is perfectly situated for accessing the wonders of Sedona. Walk to uptown or take a short drive to Oak Creek Canyon just minutes away and explore West Fork or Slide Rock for outdoor adventures. The Jordan Trail Complex is right around the corner and easily accessed by side streets, no need to fight traffic. For dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, the charming town of Sedona is just a stone's throw away.

When in Sedona don't miss this
The views are amazing from this property. Just as stated. Everything you need for your stay is in the house. It's very clean and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. The owner of the house has a person who looks after you for anything you need. How great is that!! We give it a big stamp of approval and will certainly be staying here again on our next visit.

This was our THIRD stay at Sedona Spice. We love EVERYTHING about it and Dave and Jared could not be more accommodating. The location is the BEST, the view is even better, comfortable beds, clean, walking distance to great food….its just all around perfect. Love it.

Wonderful Stay at Sedona Spice
My wife and I just returned from a delightful two week stay at Sedona Spice. This listing was everything we hoped it would be - a sunny, clean, well appointed property within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona. The real highlight was the fantastic view from the spacious deck. Red rock mountains all around, with gorgeous sunsets almost everyday. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view, nice porch. Great location and quiet. Barbecue was very nice and we grilled most nights. Would be nice to provide some basics in kitchen like foil, plastic wrap, oil. The water from tap is delicious don’t buy drinking water!!! Sedona has great drinking water. Towels and linens very nice. Great air conditioning/heater worked very well. Would be nice to provide little touches like a cooler, picnic blanket,things tourists might forget. The house has good vibes and was very comfortable. Feels a bit old when you walk in but everything is very clean and well kept. We would return!

Great home, amazing views, perfect location!
This was a wonderful rental. The location was absolutely incredible - easy walk to all the Uptown shops and restaurants, and short, easy drive to trails, Whole foods, CVS and even more restaurants. The view of the Red Rocks from the expansive deck was beyond description! The house was very clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The house was well appointed and located in a great spot to be able to walk to many things to do or places to grab a bite. We really enjoyed being able to sit outside or inside and marvel at the outstanding views. The owner is very nice and communicated with us to welcome us. There were suggestions of things to do in the welcome book that we tried out too. It was a short visit, but a wonderful time in this lovely home. Can't wait to get back to Sedona, I would definitely try to stay in this home again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this house. The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect, being only a couple of blocks from downtown. The house has a balcony, the width of the house, with a view of the red rocks. The house is well-maintained and communication with the owner was good. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely rental
The outstanding features of this rental include 1. LOCATION- walkable to uptown shops & restaurants, plus easy drive to grocery stores, hiking trails etc. 2. Beautiful view of the Red Rocks, 3. Very comfortable house with thoughtful amenities (filters & ground coffee provided for the drip coffee maker, paper towels, salt, pepper, spices, 4. Neighborhood is well established & quiet, 5. Large capacity washer & dryer with laundry detergent provided & lots of hangers to hang up damp clothes, 6. Easy parking in the drive through driveway, 7. Owner is quick to respond &provided clear information about the rental. Overall, I would love to return to Sedona Spice &would not hesitate to recommend this rental to others. One thing that would put it over the top would be to provide sharpened kitchen knives (yes a little sharpener is available, but these knives were beyond its capabilities). However, this would be a major departure for VRBO rentals that pride themselves on the safety of having “no cut” utensils😁. Really,it’s a great place

Location! Is! Everything!
We loved Sedona and this place is about the best possible location for walking in the most desirable part of town. And the views are spectacular from this unit. There are restaurants, bars, shops, whatever you want within a few minutes walking distance of this unit. Driving to west Sedona and many popular hiking spots is very easy even when traffic is heavy. I highly recommend staying here, in this quiet neighborhood with the best views and access I could ever imagine in uptown Sedona. What more can I say!

This home was exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and the best location possible if staying in Uptown Sedona. Easy walk to town and restaurants, and a short drive to some amazing hikes. Only a little over two hours to the Grand Canyon, which was a bonus. The views from the deck are simply awesome! The host was so easy to communicate with, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing views from quiet, comfortable home
Just a short walk from the busy commercial district, this home offers a quiet oasis with incredible vistas. We loved getting up in the morning to the view of the mountains. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and the host communications were great, clear and friendly. Proximity to the Elote Cafe, where we had a fabulous dinner, was the icing on the cake!

I retired to Sedona in 2004, after renting here 8 times! I know the area inside & out, and purchased this home for something to do and for retirement income. We try to keep the rates reasonable and consider this to be a great value, with privacy, centrality, absence of traffic or noise, off the beaten path yet within blocks of all the activity you could want. Customers seem to agree: 181 5Star Reviews & counting. And if you don't know, Sedona is considered a hiker's & mountain bikers' paradise. And...a singular destination for spirituality seekers everywhere. [Be sure to visit Sedona Creative Life Center on Schnebly Road]. Four wineries in Cornville.

Why they chose this property

I recently spent several hours looking at our competition -- boy, there sure are lots of nice rentals out there, many more than 10 years ago when we started. This new supply-demand equation will keep downward pressure on rates, thus intensifying competition -- a good thing. So....... I had to do some introspection to answer the question - why Sedona Spice.... and what I came up with is my focus on the advantages of NOT being an absentee corporate landlord: making visitors happy, keeping everything clean & sharp, replacing worn-out beds/linens/cushions etc. Unlike some landlords, I actually live in the space occasionally, taking copious notes of what is "missing" to distinguish it from being a HOUSE to being a HOME. This house is not some old structure someone listed just to bring in a few extra dollars - I run it like a business and it is my Primary source of income as a retired engineer. Everything works ... and if it doesn't we fix it as soon as practicable. The whole place still has a comfy feeling that is palpable. And very artsy - not a sterile rental with garage-sale art on the walls....much of the art displayed was painted or carved by myself or my partner, Allison..... you will feel like you are in a home... away from home. But don't take my word for it --- read the Reviews!

What makes this property unique

If you prefer a southwestern 'homey' stay, and golf resorts are not your thing, this is the place for you ... colorful, well appointed, comfortable & inspiring. No children under Age 14, please!!
