Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closet in the hallway and the garage. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed.

Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach (nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches) has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets and the largest community pool on Scenic Highway 30A.
Whether you want to stay all winter or just a week, there are vacation options that include luxury accommodations in modern beach homes and spacious pool side condominiums.
Once you arrive, just park your car and get around like the locals do — walk or bike! There is so much to see and do within a short distance.
PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS a pet friendly property. An additional pet fee of $250 + tax will be due prior to the check-in date. We ask when no one is in residence that pets get crated for their safety, being in an unfamiliar environment, and for the protection of the contents in the home. Guests must pickup after their pets at the house.
Departure Checklist*
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all trash in the home to exterior trash cans.
• Load and start dishwasher — please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on kitchen counters.
• Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
• Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Return beach key fob and extra house key to the hooks by the half bath.
• Turn off all lights and make sure windows and exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
• Check out on time, 10am CT firm. If leaving prior to 10am CT kindly send a message noting the property you are departing from so we may inform our cleaning crew that they can enter the unit.
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
