You can see the sunrise over the water from the porch and the sunset over the water from the back porch! You can also share the 18-acre estate with the Main House at Wooster and use the tennis court with views of the ocean from two sides, a private dock with moorings, two private beaches, lovely gardens and woods, and a 200-year-old large barn used by famous painter Frank Benson.
