We have lived in Stoneham most of our life. We spent 20 years running the local store / restaurant. and enjoy the area and local community.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is friendly and relaxed with many activity's to do on site, on the lake or at the local pub / restaurant along with many hiking trails, ATV trails, snowmobile trails and sites to take in.

What makes this property unique

The carriage house is unique with beautiful woodwork architecture along with a historical hand tool decor and many local photos on display for you to enjoy. You are just across from swimming, fishing, boating, cross country skiing, snowmobiling or maybe you would enjoy a fire in the firepit next to the brook with the sound of the water from Keewaydin dam falling in the back ground. That would be my first choice of relaxation.
