NEWLY REMODELED (New floors and new shower in bathroom.)
Four Winds Condominium is one of the nicer complex in the area. This 36 unit condominium complex is low density and offers many of the same features found in much larger complexes.

Unit 702 is located on the 7th floor. This beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condo has been recently renovated and is perfect for a couple or small family and will sleep 3 adults and 2 small children comfortably.

The Master bedroom offers a King bed with a flat screen TV and private full bathroom. This unit also offers two built in bunk beds with new mattresses that are located in the hallway.

The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, with 65 inch flat screen TV and a private Gulf front balcony that offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you like the relaxing sound of waves hitting the sugar white sand from your own private balcony, this is the place to kick back.

The unit is also equipped with a fully equiped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer combo. We have recently added a Keurig Coffee Maker.

Don't forget to bring your laptop because this unit offers FREE wifi..

In addition to the large outdoor pool this complex also features a hot tub and a wading pool for children.

Four Winds is located directly across the street from Wolf Bay and The Ruby Slipper restaurants.

Wonder full week on Orange Beach!

This VRBO was a perfect vacation for us. Great location on the beach. Very nice building all together. Wonderful view of the Gulf, we saw dolphins every morning. The condo was nice and clean. Condo was conveniently located near restaurants and activities. The parking lot was easy to get in and out. Parking lot was plenty large enough. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great rental for a quiet couples vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Caroyln's condo at Four Winds. The property was nice and quiet. Great location. One thing that we didn't catch in other reviews that could help future prospective renters... The master bedroom is located in the back of the condo and not attached to the balcony or facing the ocean. The only bedroom window looks out to the hallway and elevators facing inland. Not a deal breaker by any means, but not something that was not clearly advertised in the listing or pictures. The location is perfect. We were minutes from fine dining and several grocery stores. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We had an amazing stay! The area has a lot of dining, shopping and attractions nearby. The pool and access to the beach were great, too. The condo is perfect for a small family and has amazing views!

Retreat on the Beach

This condo is perfect for a couple or small family. Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and very clean and secure. Property has small pool and old grills, but essentials are covered. Owners were very easy to communicate with.

Location is perfect!

Orange beach is our favorite, this host is top notch, they are very thorough in the description and the unit is well kept. They are fast to respond to questions and adjusted to our schedule too! The building is smaller, which is nice for getting around… we used the chairs that are included everyday. We had a great time! Just wish we could stay longer. In my opinion 4 people would be cozy… they are replacing the sliding door, which is needed. Otherwise we would recommend this place to anyone, can’t wait to go back ourselves!

Winter Getaway

Four Winds is a smaller condo building so ease of getting in and out is best we’ve had. Everything was in great shape. We just came in and started our vacation. Kitchen was well equipped. We ate two meals in each day and went out once a day. Even tho air temperature was in 60s, it was very pleasant sitting outside on balcony. It felt good to be in the sun. We read, played games, watched TV and caught up on sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Bonus was catching beads at Mardi Gras parade right in front of building. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Excellent views of the beach! Condo was very nice and very clean and provided all appliances necessary. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided at the time of our stay. The decorations were beachy which I loved! We would stay there again for sure.

Billion Dollar View/ Million Dollar Experience

When we arrived and opened the front door my wife had tears of happiness. It compared to some of the 5 star resorts we visited The condo was very well maintained and had everything you would need and more! (The pictures don’t give it any justice) The views and closeness to the ocean as u can really hear the ocean and see the dolphins. The pool is 30 second walk after you leave the elevator and the pool only 90 more seconds till you arrive daily at your 2 chairs and umbrella included. Lastly the owners were so caring always a few seconds away from a return call or text. We have found our new home and will be there every September or more!

Beautiful Getaway!

This property was the perfect location to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach and restaurants. Since this was a low densisty complex, the parking and entry to/from the unit was a breeze. The hosts were wonderful and readily responded to our inquiries.

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. Place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was spectacular and we loved having access to the pool as well. The included umbrella and beach chairs were a huge perk, definitely a must have!

Amazing Location! The view was perfect every morning watching the dolphins jump and enjoying our coffee. Carolyn was fabulous to work with and responded within minutes when we had something come up. The beach chairs each day was an added bonus!!! We loved the pool as well! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the comfort of the pullout bed! Other than that it was amazing!!! Will definately visit again!

The building and condo are well maintained. The condo looks as though it wad recently remodeled. The hosts start your stay with eliminating the hassles of arranging parking as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. I recommend this host without reservation.

We had a great week and the check in and check out process were very easy. Great views from the patio of the beach and really appreciated the beach chairs being included. Son loved the pool and hot tube!

Location was amazing! Experience was not as much

First off, this rental was very nice. Communication was great. The location cannot be beat. (Note…bring your own soap, shampoo etc). Secondly, (not sure what can be done), but just wanted to make folks aware. We stayed for 9 days. The last 2 days the building fire alarm was activated. The first being at 5:00 am. On the second day we ran into a couple that had been there since January. They told us that this happened 8 times in January, 5 times in February and it was the 5th time in March (at all different times of the night). Fire department had to come each time. Walking down 7 flights of stairs wasn’t a huge deal for us, but there were older folks and families with young children struggling. Hopefully the building owners or management of some sort can get that taken care of so future renters don’t have to deal with these situations.

We have updated all the appliances, and remodeled the bathroom and floors. We offer a lot of extras and since we now do our own marketing, can offer even better prices for our tenants. You will certainly feel special staying in our condo.

Why they chose this property

It's view and location. Small building and less than a mile to grocery and restaurants. Its family friendly and the beach is so beautiful and clean.

Updated and remodeled. New AC system installed summer of 2019. New cabinets installed 2017. All stainless appliances including combo washer/dryer. Beach Chairs and Umbrella on Beach through SunCoast Services. Just see attendant and tell them you are staying in Four Winds 702. . There are no chairs allowed in condo. Also offer Keurig coffee maker.
