Central air, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of closet / wardrobe space, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and an office chair - great for both weekends and longer term stays.

Walk to the corner to enjoy vibrant Montrose life, then retreat to your sunny, spacious place. We're next door to make sure you have what you need for a great stay, but the space is 100% yours.
The space
L - shaped living room to separate out the desk / work area from the main room. Work area boasts tons of natural light and a great view.

You'll probably be sampling Houston's famous restaurants, but the kitchen has anything you need for preparing, cooking / baking and enjoying your own food... as well as a dishwasher.

HEB and Target (grocery) are both in walking distance if you need provisions.

Bathroom is off of the bedroom, with granite countertops and a shower.

Bedroom has 1 queen bed, blackout curtains. The daybed is a comfortable option for a third guest (twin xl mattress, plenty of extra bedding).

Ample dresser and closet space with hangers and an iron / ironing board.

Lots of windows throughout to keep the space open and airy.

Street parking only.

There's plenty of street parking. Once here, you can walk, bike, run most places - or take Uber / Lyft wherever you need to go.
