Great Stay

The house is great, the games were prefect for family fun time. The house came stocked which was nice, extra toiletries and plenty of towels. The snacks and popcorn machine with all the supplies was very generous. There's a few things that would make this house sooo much better. The "movie" area could use better seating, the cords in the movie room are a trip hazard and night lights in the basement would help with that. The backyard could use a firepit for cooler weather to hang out. Overall I would say for the price point it has so much more than expected. If you are looking for a small house with a lot to do just within the house this is perfect. I really enjoyed that they took the time to put together a booklet about the house and what to do nearby.

Fabulous!

It was great! We spent a few days here just to hang out with grandkids! What a perfect home for that. At first the neighborhood seemed interesting but it was great! Close to what we wanted and quiet. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of and extremely accommodating! We'll be back

It is almost impossible to write a review on this VRBO review site from my phone. I cant see what im typing. So host was great, even provided coffee and snacks for us. Media room could use some more sitting

Cute and family friendly!

Stayed 5 nights with 2 kids and a toddler (baby gate provided!) Got into town early and they accommodated early check in within a couple of hours. Very clean and convenient to a lot of kid friendly activities. Basement perfect for movies and older kids to stay. Kids want to come back! Great vacation!

Plenty of space, our boys loved the game room, ping pong table and movie room! We enjoyed making breakfast at the house each morning! Property owners were sooo nice and easy to work with! A++++

Very nice place to stay

This place was very nice with a lot of extra features. The only thing I had trouble with was the raised floors. I am a senior citizen with some disability issues and almost tripped and fell a few times. Other than that it was awesome.

Cozy Home

The neighborhood had me a little worried but the inside of the home made up for it. We did have our 3 children and looked forward to the back yard. There were 2 wasp nest that kept us from being outside. Also on my reservation I had a check in time of 3pm and check out at 12pm. The day of check in I was advised check in at 4pm and out at 10am. I did message VRBO about this and was advised there are no changes allowed after confirmed reservation, I left it at that as we had already drove 10hrs that day and didnt want to have to find another place to stay. Other than that the home is as listed.

Excellent in every way

Everything exceeded expectations! The home was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed and then some. Three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms were more than enough for our group. Kitchen was perfect and well-equipped. Entertainment centers were great with all the options you could want. The recreation rooms were amazing. We could have spent the weekend in the house and had a great time. Location is great- many great things to see within 15 minute drive. Colorado Springs is a great place to visit and this is a great place to use as your home base. The hosts did a great job communicating and providing information about the property and the area. They put a ton of care into their property and pay attention to all details. We look forward to staying here again!

Awesome

We enjoyed our stay here, plenty of space for everyone to relax and do their own thing. Enjoyed playing ping pong, foosball and the arcade games. The theater room was great the complimentary coffee and snacks as well. Overall we would definitely rent here again if we decide to come back for the winter.

Quite neighborhood- AWESOME Customer Service

Very quiet neighborhood. This was a very clean home with pleaty of space. The kids loved the games and movie screen. But the best thing was the customer service. These ladies are great, i noticed the A/C was not working and i notified her and she had it working within an hour while she was at a wedding. Great job ladies

Comfortable and perfect spot

We had a great 3 days of our planned week. Winter storm caused us to leave early. Maiya was a perfect host handling our issues and need to get out before the storm quickly and well.

fun for all ages!!!!

So many amazing things about this home! My family and I had a great time in Colorado Springs! It was so nice to come "home" after a long and eventful day and be able to cook dinner and enjoy watching the kids play!! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed! There were a few "glitches" to the home but nothing that cant be fixed or worked on!

Lovely home and fantastic host!

Before we even left home, I had a few questions after booking the property and Maiya was very prompt and helpful responding. Our flight arrived hours before the check in time, and she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. The very next day, my 3 year old grandson closed the bathroom door...and it was locked - woops! We contacted the property manager, and less than an hour later, Maiya was there trying to help us out. While waiting for the locksmith to arrive, she asked my husband how everything was going so far, and he mentioned that the coffee cups were too small for the output of the Keurig. She left for a few minutes and came back with the perfect sized mugs! The theater room was great for relaxing in after our Thanksgiving meal, and the grandkids had a blast in the game room. We are planning to move to Colorado in the next year or so, and will definitely try to stay here again while house hunting!
