🍖Grill: The grates of the gril (where you cook on) is cleaned after every stay. The exterior of the grill is difficult to clean and time consuming to do so. Regardless how the exterior looks, the grate where you cook your food is clean. We do not provide tank refills. Guests must refill the tank if the grill is out.

PARKING
Driveway parking only. Room for 2 cars or possible 3-4 cars if they are VERY small compact. Parking on the street is NOT allowed. Parking can only be on the drive way!
This includes trailers as well. 1 Trailer can only be parked and it must be on the drive way. Absolutely no parking on the turfed area.

BOAT LIFT: The boat lift is off limits. It's for owner use only. Guests are still welcome to park their boat in the water.
