For our dog guests, we have a nice fenced in green area behind the carriage house, so that dog guests can have outdoor time on their own, as long as they aren't "barkers". Our neighborhood is full of dog walkers with the only requirement being that the dogs be on a leash and their owners pick up their dogs' droppings.

Since our property has a FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY (no refund for any reason whatsoever, including COVID related reasons, for cancellations with less than 30 days notice, 50% refund for cancellations with 31-60 days notice), it is highly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance as offered by VRBO and other vendors.
