Good evening the house has a lot of space just grass wasn’t Cut trash out in the yard no TVs in rooms which is A big deal when you have kids seen a lot of roaches and you should not charge $25 for a grill that cost $25 and it was not clean one of the bathrooms needs deep cleaning shower curtain have lots of pink Mode. but if you’re looking for something really big and lots of space this great spot
We rented this property because my sister competed jn a pageant and this property was big enough to accommodate everyone. You can tell the property has been recently remodeled and the home looked amazing. It was actually 6 bedrooms as stated. It was 14 people in the house. The house was small enough to be together but big enough where everyone wasn't on top of each other. Overall the stay was very nice and whenever I needed to contact the host they were available to assist. You park in the back and have to walk around to the front of the house. The side of the house is partially pave so you do have to walk on the grass and dirt area. It was raing during our stay and having to walk in the mud was the worst part. I would recommend having the rest of the side and putting a stone or brick walkway or even a back door. Other than that everything was nice.

Great for large groups
We brought a group of teachers for a conference and staff retreat. The house was spacious and the bed/bath situation was perfect for groups of people that need some space. It is about 15 minutes from the Galleria center. The host was very responsive and communicative, the property was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Here are some things I think people should know:
1. The location is great and the property is secure (lots of gates and locks) but it is not a great area. We were greeted by a homeless man outside the gate upon arrival. The women did not feel comfortable going outside alone and no one felt comfortable going outside alone after dark.
2. The beds were comfortable but the pillows and mattresses are all wrapped in plastic, making sleeping a sweaty experience.
3. The back area of the house stays very cool but the front does not and the host does not allow you to adjust the thermostat below 70.
4. The back bathroom’s shower does not get very hot because the toilet in that bathroom is hooked up to the hot water instead of the cold.
5. The kitchen has a fairly decent amount of pots and pans, but no dishwasher soap. The coffee maker has a missing carafe lid and only works if you hold a button down the entire time you brew. Huge fridge, but there are no shelves.
6. There was an ant problem, it was addressed immediately but the ants still persisted.
Overall, we had a great time and would consider staying again, especially if these things were addressed.

Never Again
The property was very clean and spacious which is exactly what I was looking for the weekend with my youth football team. Despite the random pedestrians constantly circling the property all weekend the property also have heating and hot water issues. I had to contact the host several times during our stay about how cold the house was on the first night! During check in the host explained to me that the heat temperature was automatically set in that the thermostat could not be adjusted or touched during our stay and if if did the whole heating system could crash which was the first red flag! After maintenance came out to check the heat it was then revealed that the host had the thermostat on emergency settings where the heat couldn’t be adjusted with air coming out the bathroom vents that couldn’t be turned off. The second time the maintenance team came out was because the hot water in the shower didn’t exist it was all cold water only. The maintenance man walked me to the boiler room in made me touch the hot water tank to prove to me that it was hot water in it, which was a second red flag! The hot water was just fine from the sinks just the shower lines had hot water issues. The host said that because of how large my group was and how many showers was taken the system needed time to produce more hot water. After I explained to the host that the shower water was cold from the first person to take a shower all the way to the last person in my group in the host never responded!
