Gorgeous five bedroom, three and a half bathroom townhome overlooking Forbes State Forest. It's located on top of the mountain on the Hidden Valley Resort in western Pennsylvania. Get ready to enjoy all the Laurel Highlands has to offer, right at your fingertips! For those who enjoy the autumn foliage, the views on top of the mountain are breathtaking!
60 minutes drive from Pittsburgh, 3 hours from DC, and 5 hours from NYC. This property is located away from the slopes with a shuttle stop at the end of the road.
Wifi, updated vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite countertops, Keurig coffee pot & single serve maker, breakfast bar, smart TVs in both living areas, wood fireplace, sleeping for up to 12 guests and views out every back window...this property can accommodate your getaway any time of year! 4 mini splits installed for summer comfort!
The open floor plan and large windows make it easy for entertaining. With a dining room table with seating for six, a round table with seating for four and two breakfast bar stools, there's plenty of room for everyone to be together. It is located near the slopes for winter fun and a short walk to the pool and clubhouse for summer refreshment. The Hidden Valley Resort is surrounded by several state parks and forests, golf courses and miles of hiking trails and fishing streams...an abundance of activities for everyone to enjoy!
The upstairs master bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen TV with a fire stick and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed while the third has a set of twin bunk beds, they share a common full bath.
The ground level features a half bathroom and the main living areas (kitchen, living and dining) with access to the back deck overlooking the mountains.
The lower level provides two more bedrooms (twin bunk bed and king bed), a second living area with a futon, full bathroom with a walk-in shower and full size laundry. There is also access to a lower patio from the living area.
It is a few minutes walk to the heated outdoor swimming pool that is free to use for guests (open Memorial-Labor Day) .
