Country retreat located on a quail farm located just 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Waxahachie & 25 minutes from the Texas Motorplex. Quail hunts are offered on location during hunting season. There are 6 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms located on the property. Perfect for a large family get away. Fully stocked kitchen with 2 dining tables that offers enough seating for 12 plus 3 bar stools. Shuffle board & ping pong table located in room with kitchen, along with two big screen televisions.

Common area / game room was great for our group. Perfect property to have privacy in your room, but be able to gather with the group when you want to. Thanks for having us!
