Mountain Pines #107 is a three-bedroom condo that sleeps eight. It is across the street from the Cougar resort shuttle and three blocks from the Chile Express lift.
The spacious living room has a wood-burning fireplace, seating for five including a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV with Dish TV service. The dining area seats four. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has full-sized appliances including a glass-top range and a dishwasher. There is access to the exterior balcony through the kitchen.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, a massage chair, and a mounted TV with Dish TV service. The hall bath next door has a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The hall bath by these bedrooms has a shower stall. The full-size washer and dryer are in a closet off the living room.
WiFi access is provided. Charcoal grills in the complex courtyard are available for use. There is a flight of stairs to access the condo.
PET FRIENDLY; up to two of your pets can stay. Please note that there is a $75 per pet occupancy fee and a $50 per pet cleaning fee.
