This is a charming single house in Arcadia, next to the Los Angeles County Arboretum. High-end community, very green, quiet and safe. entire house, a beautiful swimming pool, a private garage, and the circular driveway at the door can also park 3-5 cars. 2,400 square feet, very spacious, with huge front and back yards. Opposite the community is the Arcadia mall, Macy's, IKEA experience store, Zara, Dahua Supermarket and AMC cinema. Nearby are the racetrack。
